Love it. My pool is now 82 degrees in the middle of Spring, in Massachusetts! Usually it would be 72 degrees. I will let it run longer to get to 85/90°
Pump is Very very quiet also.

Unit arrived in a couple of days after ordering, and was WELL packaged on a sturdy skid. All went smooth with installation and directions were good.

I’m an HVAC contractor and everything works just fine with the new pump and also the new filter and other things I changed it from freshwater chlorine to salt and that’s the best thing I ever could’ve done help me to thank you.

The representative I worked with was very professional and helpful. He provided me with the education and information I needed to make my decision. Offered the coupon code for pump.. Order was processed very quickly and delivered to my home with no issues, also did I mention shipping included. He even gave me directions on what to look for when the delivery arrives in case of any damage in transit. I'm very happy so far, I just got heater installed can't wait to swim in my heated pool. Replaced a Hayward heat pump that busted after the 2 weeks of sub freezing temps we had. The gentlemen I dealt with was helpful, responsive and gracious. The only issue was that the power supply burnt up on my unit within a couple of days because they didn’t have a wire torqued down. It burnt completely through the wire. Couldn’t use it for several days because we had to get a local HVAC guy to look at it and he found the problem that he stated was just poor quality control. However they fixed it and I was up and running. Seems to heat the pool better than I expected. Again, I got good responses from the company and would likely purchase from them again if needed. But I hope that wont be for several years.

I have done business with this company for many years. I have recommended them across the board but today I had an unacceptable experience.

I called to ask for a part and was directed to their directory. I tried to explain the part I need and Asa the sales person became very irritated because of a misunderstanding about said part. I was then hung up on and he will not take my call after this very minor misunderstanding.

Down right pathetic.

Within the next few days they reached out and apologized. Still an unfortunate situation.
