There was a weekend where they * ran out if Fries (?),Really?.
Them thr door to the toilets mysteriously broke - so the staff carried the door handle in their pocket (?) Anyone wishing to use the toilet had tp track down rhe staff member with * GOLDEN HANDLE *
THE CHILDREN FROM SCHOOL RUN RIOT AND THE STAFF HAVE NO TRAINING on customer service.

Wanted to know what was in the sauces. The staff were unhelpful, only referring me to use a qr code to check allergens. This page was useless and didn't tell me what I wanted to know.
I ordered a burger and removed the kickback sauce because I suspected it contained mayo, not that anyone was able to confirm that for me.
I didn't get my food until about 40 minutes later and all it had no sauce at all. It should still have had cajun ketchup. I was told they would have to redo my order from scratch. I didn't have another 40 minutes to wait so I got a refund. The whole time I was at the counter, the only place to stand was in a puddle of someone's dropped milkshake that was right in front of the counter. Terrible experience. I won't be going back. Caused me to miss the bus home I wanted too.

Chicken wasn’t hot. I arrived shortly after 10. Chicken was bland and not seasoned.looked like a bitty not a chicken. Called back and I couldn’t return food. I’m handicap and had to take me meds. I called from home and could not be accommodated. I don’t recommend this establishment.

The Popeyes in Lakewood are the Best. Great staff and very helpful. Recommend it to everyone

Oldham Elk mill. Can't comment on the food only the service, or lack of. Waited half an hour for my order, there was people waiting for take away before me. I asked for a refund after I explained how long I waited, the manager tilled this through but still waiting for it to go into my account. The eat in restaurant was empty, priority seems to be given to ubereats and deliveroo, will not be going again

Chicken is not bad but, Please, do not waste your money on the fried shrimp. Good luck finding any shrimp in all the breading. Was not even close to being worth what I paid, but, lesson learned.

The hot chicken used to be superb, and the wrap, but bought one this weekend and it was terrible, chicken was not well cooked and had a foul smell, it make my sister vomit. They really need to check this out.

My experience was made great by a lady by the name of Jashan she was simply amazing at helping me and recommendations. This location was popeyes at 228 wellington

Food took 30 mins to arrive. Dirty chairs and tables, flies everywhere. Alarm kept going off. Chicken batter very oily. Wouldn't recommend

Went to newly opened store in CT and thought I'd give it a try
The 4piece original was dryer then any chicken I've ever had
It had -0- seasoning and -0-taste

My spicy Chicken sandwich good, warm but not cold it was really crowded Door Dash drivers over stocked 14000 Livernois, fried didn't look fresh been sitting some where. The lemonade was good in spite of a lot of ice. This was an order in the restaurant.My normal popeye's I go to is in Highland Park, Michigan. They can be the worst when ordering thru door dash before or after 9 p.m. I guess your staff was doing the best that they could.Service was ok today .
Food was a pick-up on 07/08/2026..No receipt was given is this the 2026 new thingy now..

Store# 12210, Magnolia, Tx. When I ordered 2 chicken meals 1 with fries and 1 with mashed potatoes and both meals with drinks. When I received my bag of food and no drinks I asked for my drinks and the person at the window handed me 1 drink, then the manager argued that I didn’t ask for drinks even though they were on the receipt. I finally received the second drink and drove home to find out the order was wrong as well. No fries or mashed potatoes just 2 pieces of chicken and a biscuit.

The firies were so dull and old with no crisp and the food was not too tasty just waste of money

I went to Popeyes at the Williston location today. Now I haven’t eaten Popeyes for many many years and have always gotten terrible food and terrible service at the Williston location.
I was going to report it online as it gives you a website and I went to the website and it asked for an access code. There is not an access code on this receipt, it shows it all the way at the bottom and I tried every number on this receipt and none of them work.
Williston location of Popeyes needs to just go out of business. Let’s get another restaurant in there with better food and service than these people.

Red beans and rice is my absolute favorite and I went there today and got a pint first. I was disappointed it didn’t come with at least one biscuit so I went ahead and I purchased a biscuit for $1.38 and I’ve already spent $7.16 on red beans and rice. The rice was not done. It was hard and there was more rice than anything in there. Popeyes just lost my business.

Highly disappointed in store #2906 with the quality of the food I purchased. It was cold when I returned home from a 10 minute drive When I contacted the store for a remedy on my purchase the situation wasn’t handled professionally and the person who answers the phone was rude.

Hello. Approximately 10 days ago, I ordered about @$65 worth of food. The main part of my order contained all spicy chicken, except NO wings; substitute with legs instead, and please make all the legs in the order classic, and not spicy. The rest of the chicken was to be made spicy. The gentleman taking my order read the order back to me correctly. The order also came with 8 biscuits. I was given an order number and receipt, which were also correct.

Once I received my and drove home, which was on the other side of town, I changed clothes and prepared the meal for my family. At that time, I realized that the order was missing the 8 biscuits. I opened the boxes of chicken and found several wings, even though I specifically requested and confirmed that the wings could be exchanged for the legs.

I called the manager on duty, who bagged and handed my order to me. Her response was, "Sorry, you can come back, and we will give you the biscuits." Are you kidding me? What kind of response is that? You messed up on my order, and your reply is "You can come back and pick up your biscuits." Is gas free right now?? Furthermore, she also messed up my chicken order.

I returned with 1 of the boxes of chicken that included the wings that were supposed to have been exchanged for legs, as well as the missing box of biscuits. The same manager looked at the chicken and then replied that she could tell by looking at the chicken that, actually, all of the pieces of chicken I ordered were classic, and none of the chicken was spicy. In short, the entire order was incorrect, even though it was typed in correctly on the receipt. The manager did not offer to refund my money, give me a coupon, free items like a drink or pies, or even provide a discount for my major inconvenience. Her reply, "If you want to wait 15 minutes, I can remake your entire order?" Really? I experienced Bad customer service and no accountability. And this was the manager's behavior. I will never return to the location in Hanford again.

I ordered from the counter because I wanted to verify what was in the 4 peace meal. I substituted a wing for a leg. Which didn’t happen. Its problem I had was not with the mis order, but the staff acted like I was an imposition. They wouldn’t look at me not a hint of hospitality. I can somewhat acknowledge the business of order a a kiosk, but the staff needs to not be rude and hide in the kitchen.
I will not go to this location any Mon since the location at Marsh north of Frankfort has a counter and they look at you and speak friendly.
I don’t think that is too much to ask.
By the way the meal was hot and good which is what I expect from PopEyes.
