Efficient customer service
Had to wait on hold for a while but once my call was answered I was dealt with efficiently. The call handler also updated some information while we were dealing with the reason for my call. Was particularly impressed that time was taken following my husband's death to make conract to ensure a small win he'd had was paid out. Nicely done Postcode Lottery.

Fabian was a real person, and answered all my queries. Only thing that was not quite correct was that he said I could enter the current draw, ending 30 Sept. I can’t play until November.
