Not that great
Not that great, average experience. One product I ordered they returned saying the address was incorrect. I checked it was correct and their customer service helpline is just awful, ai reply and no real problem solver.had to order from different currier service.i was thinking of giving 1 ratings but since my other order was on time so 3 it is.

I had very good experience
I had very good experience. I have used PostNord many times now for my delivery and I have never been disappointed. Always consistent with the notification and updates about my package. Excellent service all the time. Definitely recommend PostNord

They managed to lose a package, which is big (PC case), it was supposed to delivered on thursday. that was a week ago.
Customer support is vague, can't tell any details, a case was opened which will probably tell me that they lost the package.
I also never deliver to my house, because they simply don't have 2 braincells to even deliver to it, so its always chosen as delivery to package shop or box.
I am 100% sure it was stolen.

Literally any other delivery company is better than PostNord.
They somehow managed to lose a big, heavy box, which was supposed to be delivered in 1 day, domestically, from Brondby to Herlev. It's now been a week, customer support is vague, not telling any details, and that horrible chat bot is more annoying than helpful.
A "case" was opened to investigate but I can guarantee I can say goodbye to that package.
I've never seen a postal service being THAT BAD, every time I order something with PostNord, I am more amazed that it actually arrived than it didn't, and that says a lot.
Avoid this company at all costs. They don't give a damn about your parcels, or you.
