Great service

Excellent demo session with Eliza who made a project management system to good to overlook and buy into. I wasn't looking for a new system to use, I have my own, but quoting has become such an un enjoyable task recently as it takes so much time and doesn't flow. I bumped into Ben & Dan at the Trade Decorator show in Bolton yesterday, allured by their vibrant canary yellow colours, fun vibes and really brief but easy to view of a database that I didnt' think I was looking for and I was sold!! End to end from quote to invoice to payment, with so many useful features like letting client's know 'Im on my way', managing multiple and repeat projects, diary, contacts, storing prices, customising with all my branding! Excellent demo session with Eliza who made a project management system to good to overlook. She was easy to understand and the system seems so impressive, and follow up training and support how could I not sign up!!! Thanks Eliza & Co! I can't wait to get using!!

Had a demonstration of Powered Now⁠ with Jensen and it was top class from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, very informative, and everything was explained clearly and professionally. The demo really showed how powerful and user-friendly the system is for managing jobs, quotes, invoices, and day-to-day operations. Great customer service and a genuinely helpful experience throughout. Highly recommended.

met these people at the tool fair and since then have had constant emails and phone calls every day. they’ve even messaged me on whatsapp. i never consented to any contact regarding marketing or subscription, nor did i give them my phone number, just my email.

Liam was very helpful from powerd now. The system was okay but in the end we didnt require it as we didnt carry on after 6months but paid for the full year as that made more sense to us. The auto renewal did catch us out even agter asking to not renew but the person we asked previously left i believe. Liam was able to help with this as we explained the situation.

A recent example was Barney Brewer from the customer support team, who responded instantly and provided excellent service and reassurance regarding a personal concern I had at the time. He genuinely went above and beyond to assist me and my business.
