Awful awful
Awful had a email to say it had been shipped, with a shipping number and would take 3-5 days 10 days on nothing or no further information. Tracking number does not exists with any courier website. Tried to ring hundreds of times with no answer at all also attempted to email but no reply. Thanks for ruining a 50th present. When I manage to get in contact I will request a refund or I am going to contact the bank and ask them to reclaim the money. Your Shipment #3000009609 for Order #3000011322

"...unfortunately the issue has happened in the last few hours and prevents us from supplying this item."
So it did not ship as previously stated!!
A customer lost and no recommendation to friends in the trade. Poor service indeed.

You item will be delivered tomorrow via DPD - you will receive a text message in the morning with your one hour slot. Your order was placed at 10.38 pm yesterday the 30th June, it was processed today 1st July at 8.15 am, where you would have received a shipment email notifying you of a 2 day lead time. The item will be delivered on the 2nd of July, the earliest it could be delivered. We have checked our records and only have one email from you at 4.30 pm today. Apologies if we have not responded to it before 5 pm today, but our sales staff would have replied to you in the morning at the very latest. I am not sure how much more we could do as your order will have been picked processed and delivered in less than 48 hours. The money will have been taken as it is card payment website where the money is taken by our payment provider Worldpay at point of order. Apologies we didn't answer your call , our staff are home working and my have been on other calls when you rang. I am not sure really where the terrible service comes into it bearing in mind the turnaround on your delivery, however I can appreciate if you couldn't get through it would have been frustrating. My apologies if you think the service wasn't up to standard but I feel the team have done their best to turn around your order as quickly as possible. Kind regards Jenny.

Fair price although delay in delivery but was aware at time of purchase
The item was listed at a very competitive price.
Although it wasn't in stock I was given a fair idea as to the likely wait for delivery.
I did have to chase up a delivery date BUT this queries were answered VERY promptly and honestly - very refreshing to have emails answered and updates provided in a timely manner so 5* in that respect!
Delivery was on time and well handled as it was a large item.
Would be happy to buy from PowerTools2U again.

I would highly recommend PowerTools2U for my recent purchase of a Bosch Hedge cutter.
They provide a very efficient delivery service and their prices are 2nd to none.
