Great service...
I needed a specific product and found it via Google. I placed my initial order and was informed that it was out of stock , but would be back in stock the following week. Sure enough , the goods were sent as soon as they became available again. I then placed a second order for the same product , as I didn't think I would have enough to complete the job , but to my embarrassment , discovered that I did have enough ! I emailed to ask that the second order was cancelled if not too late to do so. This was done and I will receive a refund. I have been kept informed at each stage of my purchases and have received a prompt response to my queries. Thanks go to Kirsty for her efficient and friendly manner in handling my purchase. I would certainly use Power Tools2U again.

Delivered my surprise Christmas present…
Delivered my surprise Christmas present so wet the box fell apart, now I've not only had to refuse the delivery as it was ruined and have the only surprise present I was getting spoilt. But now I'm expected to wait for them to receive what's left of it back before they refund me😡 you choose to use tnt to deliver your goods, despite the awful reputation they have, I paid you my money not tnt so, it very much is your responsibility actually. Using the word apologise in a pissy reply doesn't constitute an actual apology either.

We apologize that the delivery turned up wet but this is the fault of the carrier and not ourselves as it leaves the warehouse in a dry and fit state. Your refund will be processed today. We did offer to send out a replacement but this was refused. Nobody intentionally meant to ruin your surprise , we cannot be held responsible for the weather or the carriers.
