Telephone support
Price great, but found contact by phone abrupt, disinterested. Delivery was prompt but the telephone operator said it was not possible for her to give dispatch information. This seems to be a fault in your systems.
I particularly needed telephone support at the time, due to poroblems with my own internet connection.
