I have been a customer of Pragnell's Mayfair for a number of years and have bought a variety of watches and an bespoke engagement ring. The attention to detail and service I have received has been unrivalled. Charles and historically, Deleval and Oliver provided me with a first class service, regularly communicating with me and always matching me with the exact product I am after. If I could rate Pragnell's 6/5 - I most definitely would. They're the best Jeweller and Watch AD in the country and I will continue to utilise their services for many years to come.

This was our first visit to Pragnell and I am 100% sure it will not be our last, from the moment we made contact to arrange appointment up to meeting Marc and the team it was the best experience we have had looking or even purchasing a luxury timepiece as we are serious about our watches, it’s a credit to the industry and Marc is a credit to Pragnell and we look forward to our next visit

Great service and a warm welcome at Pragnells. It was first visit as we were in Stratford for the weekend, but given the very warm welcome from the team, especially Connor, we'll definitely be returning.

Fantastic experience at the SUA store. Served by Marc, a true gent and someone that understands what great customer service is - something that is hard to come by in this day and age.
Please don’t be put off by the security etc, the whole team are incredibly friendly, whether you’re looking for jewellery, a watch or something else.

Pragnell was recommended to me by a friend who had dealings with them in the past and spoke highly of them, I got speedily added to a waitlist for a certain watch and kept informed of any changes which could’ve affected me. Tom in particular has gone above and beyond in looking after me and I cannot rate the company high enough. For me all future purchases will be going through Pragnell and if could give 6 stars I would do.

I would like to thank Leona Hinds for a wonderful experience purchasing a tennis bracelet for my wife for our 5th Wedding Anniversary. Leona is extremely knowledgeable and really understood my needs and managed to source me a tennis bracelet within a few days, that was absolutely perfect. She went above and beyond my expectations, I will definitely be returning to Pragnell in the near future. My wife was absolutely blown away by the bracelet!! Leona thank you again, you have made our anniversary so special.

Always a real pleasure shopping with Pragnells Stratford upon Avon, they always make every visit feel special. And Tom in particular is very knowledgable and always willing to go that extra mile to help. This is now my go to place for any watch I buy in the future, hopefully I will be purchasing again sooner rather than later.

I purchased a timepiece for my mother as a retirement gift. I then proceeded in helping my father source a timepiece too which myself and siblings reimbursed him for as his retirement gift. Naturally I treated myself to an item too.

With each and every purchase the experience and service has been second to none. A gentleman called Thomas has looked after me throughout keeping me update to date with products and services, even inviting me to events at the shop displaying some wonderful items taking the time to educate me in regards to the background and history of the collections. The shop in Stratford Upon Avon is stunning and well worth a visit anytime you’re passing. Thank you Pragnell’s!

Absolutely Fantastic service in every way!

Over the last six months Emma in Mayfair has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. She took a genuine personal interest in ensuring my wedding bands arrived on time for our big day in a very short period of time. If this wasn’t enough she went exceeded my expectations in every way and surprised me before Christmas with a call to say I could come in and collect a timepiece I had enquired about.
Pragnell is a true gem amongst its peers. Emma in particular delivered what I can only describe as the gold standard for an exceptional customer experience.

As a general overview - I'm a regular visitor to Pragnell's, mostly to browse their excellent range of timepieces. You are always met with a warm, genuine smile right from the doorman to each staff member you interact with. They are always happy to chat with you about the watches and to spend time with you trying a few on. It never feels stuffy or pretentious which can be synonymous with luxury.

On this specific occasion - I recently got a call that a timepiece that I'd been on a wait list for had come in. We picked the watch up the following day and had a fantastic experience. We were extremely impressed with Leona - she is effortlessly knowledgeable and has a wonderful way about her making it an extremely pleasurable experience. It topped the whole day off.

Tom was brilliant from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and the welcome I received when visiting the store was just what you expect when buying an expensive item. Thank you Tom.

Barbara is a star.

The service at Pragnell Leics has been good from the beginning when I started to use them. But recently Barbara who is dealing with me and my wife personally re requests has shown exceptional customer service. I know she is on holiday right now but continues to ensure I have appointment confirmed and there was a sales member waiting for me today on arrival. All from her sun lounger drinking a cocktail I am sure. But seriously, Barbara is extremely professional face of the business and made the buying experience very simple and pain free. Paul

Received a first class service from Pragnells from start to finish. Dealt with Andrew, who was great, before he left. But, I have to say, Leona has been fantastic to deal with over the last year. I was dealt with by Tom on 2 occasions and the service was amazing, being quite young and buying something expensive isn’t always easy as some places will judge you but whilst being served and treated well by Tom and all the staff I was 100% satisfied.
