Awaiting response to damage on 1st clean
Arrived on time, very friendly and quickly completed first clean Weds 2nd, however 2 x window trickle vents left damaged on the floor without comment. We found the parts on the ground. Have submitted a complaint but no contact yet 5th.

After leaving my original review, Preen & Clean contacted me and offered to come back and clean the windows again free of charge.
They have now been back, and this time I’m really happy with the result 😊 The windows were cleaned properly and were left lovely and clear, with no streaks or residue.
I really appreciate that they took my feedback seriously and came back to put things right. Great customer service and a much better result this time. Thank you! 😊

I’m giving 3 out of 5 stars for my first clean.
I absolutely loved the communication and organisation! They messaged me beforehand to let me know when they were coming, and when the time changed, they contacted me again to keep me updated. Honestly, my kind of people 😁 I love when everything is organised and communication is this good!
Unfortunately, the actual clean could have been better. All of my windows were left with visible streaks/residue on the glass. The windows are definitely cleaner, but the marks left behind spoil the overall result and make some of them look as though they haven’t been properly cleaned.
As this was my first clean with them, I’m happy to give it another try. I’ll book the next clean as planned and see how it goes next time. Hopefully this was just a one-off, as I really liked everything else about the service 😊

Very poor service first time using a…
Very poor service first time using a hot wash service.No introduction of arriving on my property and spend very little time and left my premises without any notification windows at the back looks still the same as before.

Top class service.
I came across this serice by chance when I saw them cleaning the neighbours windows.
Went online, found them and booked. So pleased that I did.
Absolutely brilliant service. Not been in my house long and I don’t think the previous owners bothered cleaning inside or out.
Now it’s like I have a totally different view. Yes there are a few streaks but that’s only to be expected when the windows have probably never been cleaned before. More than happy with the service and of course the price!
Talking of which, payment is done quickly and easily online.

Signed up and waited weeks for an…
Signed up and waited weeks for an appointment. It was then scheduled for this afternoon, but no timescale given.
Needless to say no one turned up, what a surprise on a Friday of the bank holiday.
Tried to call a few times doesnt even let you queue just asks you to leave a message and no one called me back. Can't speak to a real person online just a bot.
I will not be rebooking just to be let down again.

Not efficient/professional
First of all we were not notified that they had arrived as he said he knocked on instead of ringing the bell. Upstairs window ledge still dirty after cleaning. In addition back windows could not be done as operative said that he couldn't take hose through garage and utility room to the back of house.

I can actually see out of my windows…
I can actually see out of my windows again! They are looking bright and clear after Chris cleaned them. Chris was professional and friendly with a smile and very polite. He didn't take long to clean them, considering they are all the small square panes but he took care and did a good job. I'm very pleased and a satisfied customer. I would highly recommend your service, it was easy to book online and I was kept informed by text and email when the windows would be cleaned. Happy customer!
