Leon from Preen & Clean did an absolutely cracking job today — honestly, the best window clean I’ve had since using this company over the last 3 months! 👏🏼

He stayed longer than he probably should have and properly scrubbed the windows, going above and beyond to get them looking clean. My husband spoke to him beforehand and explained just how filthy they were, and Leon really took it on board and worked so hard to put things right.

I’ll be completely honest, I was giving Preen & Clean this clean as a last chance and it was going to determine whether I continued using them. Last month, the lads who cleaned the windows had to come back three times in one week because they were still filthy — and even after the third visit, they still weren’t properly clean, which was really disappointing.

But Leon has completely turned that around today. He’s saved Preen & Clean a customer, and I’m genuinely really impressed with the effort he put in. Sometimes it’s simply about taking pride in your work, and Leon definitely did that today.

This is the second time I am using Preen & Clean service as we recently moved to a new house. These guys are fantastic. They are on time, spot on, polite and trustworthy to treat your house as their own. Cleaning is thorough, the jobs promised are real tasks they remember every time even when somebody else is covering the area for their colleague. A great example of professional team and brilliant entrepreneurial business model with high quality and standards. Will not change.
