This company is a nightmare to deal with. They failed to show up multiple times for my scheduled window cleaning, but they still had the nerve to bill me for the work they never did.
Trying to sort this out is impossible because their customer service is entirely non-existent. Every time I try to reach out and dispute the lack of service and now the charges, I just get stuck in a loop of automated emails. There is no way to speak to a real person. Do not use this service—they will skip the job, bill you anyway, and ignore your attempts to fix it.

EDIT: I have since managed to get a response from customer services via WhatsApp, and the billing issue has now been resolved. However, my review remains 1 star. This resolution does not change the fact that I had to deal with over a month of missed appointments, where my windows were simply not cleaned on the scheduled days. I am genuinely amazed that anyone can give this company a 5-star rating based on this level of unreliability.

To clarify, I explicitly informed your team on multiple occasions that parking outside the property is restricted to the hours between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Furthermore, I proactively reached out in numerous emails to ask if I could assist with any potential access issues, as my goal was to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible.
I kindly request that you review our email history, which clearly documents these details and my offers to help.

We had Preen and Clean for the first time. They came the day after we contacted them so I was pleased about that. Apart from doing a good job with the windows they also did a good job with the frames.

Reasonably priced, and the four-weekly schedule (not monthly, worth knowing) is fine in principle. In practice, my second appointment was a no-show. The app then told me I'd have to wait several more weeks for the next slot. The cleaner did turn up a few days later, after an SMS the night before, but the customer portal never updated to reflect it.

The clean itself — sold as a "hot window wash" — was poor. He was in and out in a couple of minutes, and the windows were left streaked with dried water. Not clean.

I paid within the hour, then tried to cancel. There's no online option for this — phone only, and nobody answered, so I left a message. You can request a re-clean within 48 hours, but windows should be clean the first time. That's a basic standard, not an extra.

Disappointing, especially given how hard it already is to find someone who'll do this properly with soap, warm water and some effort.

Signing up to use Preen and Clean was very easy. They kept me informed throughout the process, advising roughly what date they would be visiting and then texting the day before. They turned up on time and did a good job. There was a slight delay with my payment reaching my account but after messaging them the issue was quickly resolved

Great window cleaning company. All windows and sills sparkling clean. Great value too.

Bit of confusion at first but once sorted no further issues. Connor was polite and cleaned windows to a good standard.Would recommend Preen and Clean. Advantage of having a website to access and the most important thing they are reliable

Very happy with a first clean of window that have not had professional attention, and indeed any attention at all for some of them, for many years. Left spotless and streak-free by a helpful friendly professional operator who completed the job carefully in a very short time. Great value, can definitely recommend. Only problem is that I am really not sure I can do the insides of the windows anything like as good!

First clean was done, windows left dirty & debris left in the corner of the windows. Rewatched our CCTV to discover the brush hadn’t even touched some windows. The water was just sprayed on and left. The guy sprayed our front door but didn’t wash it. Rang up and was offered a re clean. This was completed the next morning, and once again the brush didn’t touch the windows, and the debris is still in place. The bathroom window was sprayed very quickly and that was it! The guy didn’t even come through the gates to clean the window, instead stretched with the pole missing the conservatory door and windows.

Think these people need to consider if cameras are in place as it clearly demonstrates half a job is being carried out. Awful service!

Spoke to their main number and had the invoice wiped and sent all evidence across.

Easy to sign up, first clean within a week and very happy with service

The good: customer service team are friendly and helpful

The bad: windows were still dirty every time they came, with dirty marks, streaks and droplets all over them. Tried them for 3-months to give them a chance, but it did not get any better. I did try a reclean with them after one of the cleans they did - but it took them two further attempts to get the windows anything close to clean.

Just couldn't face having to handle constantly pestering them to come and reclean after repeated bad jobs - I would not recommend going for this service.

Additionally, closing the subscription with them could not be done through their online dashboard and had to be done over the phone. I have seen others who have had them continue to visit and charge after cancelling, hopefully I do not have the same experience.

Absolutely brilliant service! My windows look spotless and sparkling, and the whole job was done to a really high standard. Friendly, professional, reliable, and took great care with everything. I’m really pleased with the results and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy window cleaner. Thank you for doing such a great job!
