Excellent customer service in the store at Lingforest road. The young lad in there asked all the right questions and got me exactly what I wanted out of a vape couldn’t be happier with it. 10/10

The myblu liquidpods are fantastic and value for money, service and support is second to none, delivery is extremely good, i would definitely recommend

I regularly use them to get my Blu pods and I could not find a single fault.
The price is more than competitive, delivery is included and swift, they offer 0% nicotine pods which I cannot find anywhere else and they have a points system in place so you can earn money off your next purchase.

Excellent customer service from Reanne everytime. 1st til I went in I didn't have a clue, was just looking for cheap and cheerful. Reanne asked all the right questions and matched me up with the perfect system. Always a pleasure. An Excellent sales woman, very good at her job. 👏

Young lady at warsop absolutely spot on. Went in to buy coils ended up buying a whole new device extra coils and juices.
Very down to earth, no bull**** attitude, points to what we ask about and doesn't get pushy with the hard sell. No wonder my wife keeps going back, why wouldn't she with top service.
And on another plus note it's not expensive.

Cannot fault Premier ECigs Excellent service , communication and great value for money with the added bonus of free delivery.
The customer service is the best I've encountered , I bought a tank from them it was in a sealed box but the top had been put on so tight at manufacture that I couldn't unscrew it to fill the tank so I tried using pliers only to then crack the glass tank.
Amy then offered me a free replacement tank without even being asked to do so . Brilliant

I was a little worried ordering as the price of the item was so low and I had never heard of the company. After a couple of days waiting my product arrived, as described. I was so impressed that I always take a look in their clearance section for Mods before I order anything.
I can't comment on customer support as I have never had to use it - but that can only be a positive!
One of the few companies that I recommend when asked about vaping products.

Bad experience, faulty item and not prepared to refund. They are prepared to replace with other items but their selection is poor. Thrown item in the bin as cannot waste my time arguing this case even though their terms state they would refund for faulty items!

Ordered 2 mods few days ago and by mistake my order went through twice but one of the staff called to make sure I want the same order twice. I was surprised and so glad. They are cancelled one of them so I didn't get double charged and I didn't ended up with 4 Aspire mods which I don't need. Thanks for that. 👏🤩

Premier e-cig service has been excellent through the lockdown. Reliable and prompt delivery on whatever I have ordered.
I am looking forward however to being able to go in store and talk to the always friendly, polite and well informed staff.

Ok so ordered a rythm starter kit love it but I was concerned with the battery and wanted advice. A lovely man called Nathan rang me after I sent a email and was so helpful. Not only did he explain the way the device worked, he sent me a another tank out FREE OF CHARGE !!!!!
Never known such a good service. If you are looking to purchase anything vape wise I would tell you not to look anywhere else as the delivery, product & customer service is the best Ive ever known. Many thanks. L. Parker
