Fantastic service received when purchasing a new e cig. It was a different type and i couldn't get on with it. Called and spoke to Tanya who advised i could take it back to my nearest shop to either swap or for a full refund with no quabble.... i would recommend for anyone either needing help with finding an e cig to suit or just to top up on your liquids as they have an extensive choice and always willing to help 😊

Given three stars for the free postage,as for the juice the custard I had is probably the worst I've ever had.Dont for one moment expect all their juices to be like that but I have been put off by that juice and wont be coming back!

In my opinion the proprietors of this shop and the CEO are waving a red flag E Ciggerates are very thriving and are bestsellers so here is what should happen go to the board room revise all strategies knowing the market. use persuasive text and more educated material on your product. knowing your customs aim at projectory and calculate intakes and expenditure, and ofcourse value every customer and this is a surefire way of knowing that the customer or consumer is always right.
