Great hot tub, kept informed of delivery etc, great delivery, all round great service and price.

I recently purchased this hot tub and we are very pleased. The jets are powerful and the water heats up quickly, maintaining a consistent temperature. The seating is comfortable and the controls are easy to use.
Communication both during and after ordered was easy and delivery was efficient and also got a little training on how to use it which was great.
Overall, it’s a fantastic addition to our garden, offering both comfort and quality. Highly recommended!

Great team from start to finish, it is always daunting spending considerable amounts of money on something you have no experience of. There are lots of other "low quality" hottubs available on the market using heaters and pumps that are not reputable brands. Karen and Rick were very helpful in my decision making, notwithstanding the fact I do not beleive you will find anythig online that delivers the same product at the sanme price. Would highly recommend Premier Hottubs and in fact have done so 3 times in the last 3 months to family members who are looking to take the same route as me.

Superb customer journey from ordering to arrival. Very helpful. Karen always answers emails promptly. The delivery which involved a crane went without a hitch. Overall very pleased with the Tub, using it almost daily. Very high quality - My only niggle is I would improve the television (I think it is LCD and there are some spots in the tub where cannot see it clearly because of angle of view - minor point just could be improved )

We ordered the Tahiti Hot Tub and have been using it for a month now, it's been brilliant. It's great value for money and arrived very quickly. The service from Premier was fab, very informative and helpful! I'd highly recommend them.

I was looking for a hot tub that had jets in the floor for my feet. I suffer with plantafacia and needed some pain relief.

We absolutely LOVE our new hottub! They were so helpful throughout as we had so many question about what tub would be best for us. We are a middle terrace house & thought it would be such a struggle to get the tub in but nope all worked out so I’m very happy with premier hot tubs & who they hired out for delivery. 5* all around! We were sceptical at first having looked at the prices of the hot tubs and no showroom. However we contacted Premier Hot Tub’s and they arranged a visit with one of their customers 30 mins away from us.

Neil had the exact same model as we wanted (Tahiti with Smart TV) and had done the exact same thing as us and decided to go ahead. He had the hot tub over a year and was over the moon.

We went ahead and ordered. Premier Hot Tub’s kept us up to date on everything. Delivery was very smooth and amazing to be honest.

We had to get our own electrician to connect the tub which we did.

We are now enjoying the hot tub and I would highly recommend this company.

We've had our Tahiti hot tub for a few weeks now and we love it. The quality is good, it has all the features of a much more expensive model. The team at Premier were really helpful and their knowledge on delivery day helped greatly with a tricky delivery over a dry stone wall. We would recommend Premier to anyone looking to buy a hot tub.
