Received a cover but unfortunately it wasn’t the correct size, and did wait a while for the product also. However their customer service is nothing but good so far, very friendly staff willing to help out. Received a full refund so can’t fault them one bit. Thanks premier, very helpful indeed.

Premier Hot Tubs are an outstanding company to deal with, offering high quality products and unsurpassed customer service.

My hot tub is probably over 10 years old and still going very strong - this is a testament to the product quality given it has been outside subject to harsh weather conditions for those 10 years!

What is more, the customer service provided is amazing.

First, they have been very happy to support me with such an old product, which is a refreshing change in today's world.

Second, their team have and provide intimate technical knowledge of their product, seemingly any issue they know the cause of and often send helpful videos to show how to resolve.

Third, they go above and beyond, without fail. They have ordered custom parts for me from their manufacturer that they don't normally sell, provided all sorts of advice and been very generous.

Companies like this are few and far between these days. Thanks very much Premier!

Ordered the hot tub thermal cover, courier caused a couple of delays that Premier dealt with quickly, very helpful team. Cover has arrived and we are delighted with it, good quality and perfect fit. This will protect our hot tub from winter weather for years to come.

We purchased a Tahiti hot tub from premier hot tubs. Firstly the price was very good compared to others. Communication was excellent. Karen couldn’t be more helpful. Delivery was on time. Quality of the tub and the enjoyment the family are experiencing is wonderful. The only thing I would change is the tv. It’s just not that straightforward to use but hay I was born in the 60’s!
