Buying a bed from Premier Inn is very easy. If you have stayed at one of their hotels in the past you know the comfy beds are a must at home. I bought the Divan, mattress and bedding as a bundle. The only downside is …. I dont want to get up in a morning!

Recently I ordered a duvet and pillows and was surprised how easy it was to order, was kept informed by email when it was going to be delivered which was quick and efficent. Now that I have my duvet and pillows I'm more than happy with them I would recommend every time. Great firm to order from.

Premier Inn — this is simply not good enough.
The communication regarding my delivery was perfectly clear right up to the day it was due. I received confirmation stating: “Your PremierInnBed.co.uk delivery is booked for: 18/10/2026.” the day before..
On the strength of that confirmation, we dismantled the existing bed in preparation for the new one. Only then did I receive an email the day of the delivery advising that the order had not reached the delivery depot in time and that I would be contacted within 48 hours, once the item had been located.
Whilst I acknowledge that I received a telephone call at 9:00 am, it provided little useful information and, more importantly, no indication of when the delivery of the new bed and mattress will actually take place.
I am extremely disappointed that a confirmed delivery can be missed, leaving a customer without a usable bed and no clear indication of when the situation will be resolved.
I expect a clear explanation and a confirmed delivery date, rather than a vague promise of a further update within 48 hours.
Come on, Premier Inn — you are much better than this!
