I had the best experience of my entire existence with Mr.Ola today, every single one of my concerns were addressed, and with promptness at that, honestly if I could switch from energia to prepay power again solely to speak to Mr.Ola for his kindness and professionalism, I Would do it again, matter of fact I will take a loan out to buy another property, just for this service, he goes above and beyond. I think he deserves a raise, matter of fact, give him one year paid time off for that phone call, I feel lighter ;)

Non removal of Pre pay meter
For well over 18 months now. I have repeatedly requested the removal of the Pre Pay meter so that that the ESB could install a Smart meter.
Numerous calls and assurances that it would be removed shortly. Dates set and always no appearance or prior notification of non attendance.
Totally unreliable and non dependable.
Would advise anyone contemplating retaining Pre Pay power as a utility source.Think twice and first look at Swithchers or Bonkers .ie , where you will find a cheaper rate.
Meanwhile the Pre Pay meter is still in situ.
