I dont know if we got a bad batch but every meal was disgusting. They all tasted like they were going bad with a strong vinegary taste. Very convinent but genuinely inedible.

Good Portion - Terrible Salt Content
Good tasting food and great portion size.
Salt content is extreme. One meal can be over the recommended daily allowance of salt (Double a typical McDonalds meal!) Not in line with the advertisements of being health food. Protein goals are important but so is avoiding increased risk of certain cancers, heart disease, stokes and heart attacks!

Easy to get food quickly for the week
Easy to get food quickly for the week. Also got a call (thanks Farsia) after my first week which was really nice customer service! Food is nice for midweek meals. Maybe an option could be extra large meals, since most large meals are ~700cal so 3 of these meals is still below average male intake. Regardless, very happy with the service, delivery and quality.

We are pretty early on but I’ve been…
We are pretty early on but I’ve been impressed so far. There seems to be lots of choice and I have enjoyed the meals I have had so far.
We have tried prep kitchen as we are really busy through the week and try to eat well but juggling work and increasing amount of commitments with the children out of school the convenience of the meals is great.
I even got courtesy/check in call to see how we were getting on and Sam was lovely on the phone. So far so good

Excellent company to deal with. Incredible tasty food, very easy to use and lots of variation of meals. You can see the macros easily to make sure your package is set up how you want it. Taking the stress out of my weight loss journey!
I’ve been using PrepKitchen as part of my weight loss journey and it has honestly made things so much easier for me. Having my meals planned and delivered has taken away the stress of thinking about what to cook, food shopping and spending lots of time in the kitchen.
I have lunch and dinner Monday–Friday, and the meals are a great balance of calories and protein while still being really tasty. The menu is also so varied, which means I never feel like I’m eating the same thing over and over again!
I’ve now paid for two lots of 4-week boxes, which I’ve found works out more cost-effective for me too.
I also had a lovely experience today when Farsia called me personally to check in and see how I was getting on with PrepKitchen. She even added £5 credit to my account as a thank you for my feedback. It was such a lovely personal touch and really made me feel valued as a customer.
Overall, PrepKitchen has taken away a lot of the mental load around food for me and has made sticking to my goals feel much more manageable. Would definitely recommend!

A flexible, honest meal subscription service
Actually, I was surprised at how easy and flexible the boxes and plans are to update and change. I was initially wary about the subscription model and its constraints, but have found it to work quite honestly and with flexibility.
Importantly: meals are good-quality, taste good, and have great portion sizes!
I needed some support with one of my orders, and found the webchat to work quite well (if a little difficult to find initially) - getting through to a person after an initial filtering by the bot. No issues with the experience of it

I absolutely love prep kitchen meals, the flavours are really nice & so much chicken in each meal, the portion sizes are perfect.
I have a very busy week & having prep kitchen meals delivered to my door is perfect for me, takes away so much stress around cooking meals when I just dont have time, also help me stay on track with health eating.
The app is really easy to use, so many meals to chose from each week & also easy to update orders if need to add meals or skip a week if needed.

The food is absolutely amazing and tastes great! I had and issue where my initial discount was not applied. Ashley, in their customer service team sorted it, quickly and effectively. (I’m pretty sure it was my error!) There are a lot of other companies out there doing the same thing as this but I highly recommend these guys!
