Very slow delivery.
I would not have placed order if I knew that Preppers would take so much time processing before delivery. Shamefully slow.
No idea when to expect my order or of it is ever coming.
Piss poor excuse for a service.

I had problems with this company over a few years i wanted to buy British
Last year I placed an order for around £200 they charged me double the price and only delivered half the goods and out of date.
THEY ARE NOW TRYING TO ATTACK MY EMAIL WITH HUNDREDS OF UNWANTED EMAILS
I BELIEVE THIS IS IS PHISHING OR AGGRESSIVE SPAM.
THIS COMPANY COMPLAINED BECAUSE I PLACED A LARGE ORDER WITH 30 DAY AIR MAIL GUARANTEE.
IT STILL DIDNT ARRIVE 6 MONTHS LATER

So bought stuff that was supposed to be 3 to 5 day delivery... Products apparently being shipped from EU web site no real communication when I did send a message and got a response was rude weeks now of messages been nearly a month now just a cheap crossbow and some strings to go with it and they can't even send it out don't bother wasting your money
. Shame really I like there company and spent a far bit of money with then in the past now they obviously don't have any stock or are running out of money either way don't do it

What a nasty company to purchase from, When you order they promise up to 14 working days. This is more like months. Got tired of them so cancelled the order, the refund was promised up to 7 working days. Did not get that either. So cancelled all orders and going through the bank and Paypal to retrieve the money. My advise do not use at all cost there is a pattern developing here with the comments over the last few days weeks from other purchasers and none of it is good reading. You have been warned!!

Ordered an item, 3 weeks later no delivery. No contact telephone number so can only e-mail. No reply from e-mail...should have checked the reviews before ordering.

Paid for item online. Company didnt supply the goods OR refund.
Stay well away from these, shocking.

Absolutely terrible company. Says items in stock, takes the order and payment then says out of stock but more coming soon. Three months and still no order received. No longer responds to emails and refuses to refund. There is no contact number for this company

Stay well away from this appalling vendor, borderline scammer.
Appalling logistics which meant neither of my two packages were delivered and communications which, aside from the Autoresponder confirming your message and asking you to wait till they get round to your query, which never happens.
After they have received the undelivered goods back, the only way I managed to obtain a refund was to initiate a Chargeback with my card issuer.
Read all the other reviews with 1 or 2 stars, this will show you the truth.
I am not expecting a reply from these scammers but looking forward to it if they have the cheek to, let's see.

I placed an order for camping equipment and gear on pre-order on the 26th of March 2025. After waiting over a year with no updates regarding delivery, I decided to contact the seller and cancel the order on 10 June 2026, which they did on the same day. I then provided bank details as requested for them to process the refund manually and have been waiting since, having passed their 14 day timeline mentioned. I asked for an update on 3 July 2026 with no reply from the seller. I proceeded to open a dispute VIA MY BANK and promptly got the money back for this order on 16 July. However, I had also placed an earlier order with the company on 23rd July 2023 and some items from this order, totalling £4.00, were still waiting to be dispatched. This order was also cancelled by Preppers Shop after I mentioned it to them, but was unable to get a refund, neither from the company, or my bank, as the order was too long ago. Feels like I will be unable to recover these £4 unfortunately. Preppers Shop is shameful when it comes to preorders: you get ZERO updates and the company takes your money immediately, rather than after dispatch like others. So they get your money and can keep it for years, without them ever attempting to contact you, and unless YOU remember you placed preorders and have not yet received them, you will very likely just lose your money altogether. Very disappointing experience, and I hope someone from customer service can wake up and sort out this last refund. Seems they have just been sleeping - there was good communication at first but when it came to actually refunding me the cancelled orders, they just ghosted me and I AM STILL OUT 4£, and would have been 45£ had I not contacted my bank!

Item not delivered yet and no updates absolute joke

It's Saturday now. On Monday I would have been waiting 21 days for my order to be delivered and I still haven't received it. I've sent lots of emails so slow to get back to me if they do. Item was in stock when I ordered. I needed My order very urgently for a trip I'm going away on so that I can get safe water to drink.And the item isn't cheap that I have ordered but haven't received and I don't mind paying that price so I can drinking safe water.
But I only get a reply from them when I'm requesting a refund because I found the same product somewhere else and can get it delivered within 2 days but can't make this purchase until I have a full refund but they can't give me any update on when I might receive my order. So this is why I've given them one star. I wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered from this company and I would have gone elsewhere. 3 to 5 days that would have been nice. Still haven't got my order. Told them I must have it before next weekend when I go away on the 25th without my order my trip will be ruined.

I placed an order on June 1st and the delivery time came and went, I chased Preppers who then said they had supply issues. Had they messaged me first and let me know it would have been a start but they didn't say anything until I chased and chased. Two weeks passed the expected delivery time and they ask me if I want a refund or to wait. As it had already been a 3 week waste of time I opted for the refund. Unsurprisingly, this has also taken ages and still hasn't arrived. I was asked to wait 7 days and that elapsed a week ago. Save yourselves some time and automated emails and go elsewhere. I will keep wasting even more time to get the money back.

I had ordered an oil lamp from this shop. It didn't arrive so i contacted them. Seems it was suppliers fault so i cancelled and was told i'd receive a refund within 7 days. That didn't arrive and they didn't respond to emails. I had to go through paypal for a refund. Do not buy from this shop.

AVOID,Absolutely shocking service. Ordred in stock item, contacted them as no updates to say they are awaiting stock another week they say, of course nothing happens so contact for a refund 7 days they say and of course nothing happens, email again and now they wont even reply. Shame you cant give zero stars

My order hasn’t been plane sailing but every time I message I get a reply finally got my order and these guys are informing on any problems. . Can’t fault them . Really good service well done

Ordered a crossbow 6-7 weeks ago
In meantime no contact or update unless I’ve chased for one
Asked for a refund last week to be told items here tomorrow dispatched today
Emailed several times today no avail.
No dispatch notification
Feel like I’ve been scammed

Lied about having the item in stock & then made excuses & then said was stuck in customs & then said couldn’t get form customs & forgot what there had told me and said it never arrived & they never offered a refund they said pick an alternative and sent me a list to pick form and I did and then they try to hit me with more money & then i said to customer service why would i give you more money for an item when you have already failed to deliver the last one,& this was like two months after I had ordered it originally & then I purchased the same item the next day for ak archery and got it in two days avoid this company and the time before thats they sent me out of date water purification tablets the are a unsavoury company with predatory practices

Would give zero stars if Possible. Ordered some items that had still not been dispatched after 18 days. So I contacted Preppers and asked to cancel the order. They said they would do so & refund my payment within 7 days. 8 days and had not received my money back. Also ignored emails.. Just got the standard auto messages. Thankfully I paid via Paypal Credit & they got my money back for me. The Company also ignored all correspondence from Paypal meaning It took longer to get refunded. My advice would be shop somewhere else.

My delivery took weeks to show up and when it did finally show up (a week after father's day for which is was bought for) only 1 of the 3 items I ordered came and when I emailed preppers instead of answering my questions they automatically refunded the items without asking me and never sent me the 2 other items. Really disappointed as the 1 item that did turn up was great quality.

"Delivery in 3–5 days"… that's a good one. More like 3–5 weeks if you're lucky. Communication? Zero, Funny how my order was only *magically* dispatched after my chargeback was settled, followed by a charming email threatening legal action. Brilliant customer service. 🤣 Avoid at all costs.
