Ordered placed 11 days ago. Chased dispatch and was given an ai auto generated generic response. Since then I have replied and nothing.

Feels like a bit of a scam at this point. Hope I am wrong.

Still not received my order. Diabolical customer service and sarcastic responses to questions about where my order is.

Wish i could leave zero stars!
Without getting into how this company took the royal piss, it was the cocky staff members reply what made me leave a bad review! the problem was enough for me to never want to shop with them again.
Take your money elsewhere like merlin archery or pheonix archery just to name a couple others

I have still not received my order that I put in February for 3 Solar power banks ?
I have also e mailed your company and have not even received a reply ?

Ordered in April (Order #32946799) and after giving them the chance to sort out issues with suppliers (I understand the global situation is not helping) I cancelled the order well over a week ago and am still waiting on my refund. Communication is sporadic and varied and there is no telephone number to contact the business. They miss their own deadlines time and time again and after giving them the benefit of the doubt I am now moving to recoup my money through a Section 75 claim through my credit card. Would not recommend.

Ordered goods shown as "in Stock" - lie.
We'll split the order/get it to you in time - lie.
We'll refund you - lie.

Now in the hands of the credit card company.

Worth noting this business is hundreds of thousands of pounds in debt and had to take out a loan in April 2026 to stay afloat. I wouldn't be at all surprised to see Revenue & Customs winding the business up very soon.

Don't order from this company.

Why can't I give a score of zero!!!? I made the mistake of placing an order with this business. After it failed to deliver my items I exercised my legal right to ask for a refund, via PayPal (Consumer Contracts Regulations). The business emailed me to ask me why and I replied. Their response was to threaten me with legal action! They claimed I had received the goods and that I had fraudulently claimed a refund - but couldn't provide proof of delivery (because there hadn't been one!). Avoid at all costs.

Still waiting for my order to be shipped weeks after ordering. They have just told me by email it may be another two weeks. There was no mention of this long order time on their website and their response is that if I don’t like it I can cancel the order. They also refuse to talk over the phone

Order not posted for 2 weeks, after contacting they agreed to refund in 7-10 days, no refund issued so chargeback initiated with bank

Place order two weeks later .gear arrived. Hassle free

Great shop packed with great stuff bargains and must haves very helpful quick to respond to emails order arrived in perfect condition ill definitely be a repeat customer 👌

Dreadful company to deal with! Purchase at your peril! I wouldn't even give these people a 1 star! Can't believe they are in business with their attitude.

Great genuine products and good price! Only negative is the delivery time. If you're not in a hurry it's the right place to purchase what you need.

There was a slight hiccup with the dispatch. From the moment I contacted customer service I received courteous, efficient and friendly help. The problem was completely resolved by the next day with my receipt of my order. The Kombat cammo shorts are a quality product at a great price.

Ordered goggles which arrived completly damaged.

Contacted them via email and submitted a paypal dispute.
Company got in touch to sort a return and requested i close the dispute to managed internally (which i did not knowing it could not then be reoppend.

Anyway had an email saying its been received and refund will be issued. Upon checking paypal they've refunded the product only - they have not refunded the delivery cost i had to pay to have the damaged items shipped to me in the first place... which is actually illegal under the consumer rights act.

Ive contacted them today to sort out but not holding my breath, may have to do a chargeback through my bank... would avoid this company - not a positive first experience with them and it will be my last

Edit - Was contacted over the weekend and was advised it was a mistake and my delivery charged was refunded. Not the best experience but at least they have corrected the mistakes
