Ordered flowers previously for a birthday and they arrived a day late due to going to N Ireland called to complain and was advised to order 5 days in advance
So this time I ordered 5 days in advance And guess what flowers are not delivered now 1 day late for a birthday
Called customer service and was told today that they only send out orders 1 day in advance
*** Update ****** Flowers have arrived and look nothing like the what i ordered

I ordered a bouquet with prestige flowers, the photos on the website looked gorgeous and as it was for my partners final shift as a student nurse after 4 long years. I thought I would treat her to some better flowers than just your normal supermarket flowers. Then you can understand how dissatisfied and disappointed I was when the flowers that I ordered turned up after I’d spent £45 plus on a bouquet and then total was over £50 with delivery for them to look like a £10 bunch of flowers that I could’ve gone and got from any supermarket. Even my own mother was gobsmacked when I told her that I have paid extra for the large bunch and then showed her the photo of what it “looked like” and then told her how much I’d paid.
I end up going to the supermarket and buying an extra £15 worth of flowers just to make it look at bit closer to its value for when my partner arrived home.
When I reported this to prestige flowers to use the words useless and unhelpful sums it up perfect I think. They were so quick to just shoot me down and say the “florist manager” had said the photos looked fine and that was it. A half bothered apology and sent me off on my way.
I think the business going by “prestige” flowers definitely needs to rethink its name if this is what you are sending out and even worse if this is what you think prestige and value for money is even worse.
I will never use again and couldn’t recommend any less.
Find some where else or just go to the supermarket like I had to anyway it will save yourself a lot of time, money and hassle.

The flowers were beautiful, fresh and excellent quality, so I was very happy with the product itself.
My only criticism is the delivery. I specifically chose Prestige Flowers because the website advertised next-day delivery. Unfortunately, the flowers didn't arrive until two days later.
These flowers were for someone undergoing chemotherapy, so the timing was important. If next-day delivery can't be guaranteed, please don't advertise it as such. It's much better to set realistic expectations than to promise something that can't always be delivered.
Apart from the delivery issue, I was very pleased with the quality of the flowers.

Please don’t even consider this company if you want a reliable service. I put through an order on Friday 1st August 2026, before the 10pm time to be guaranteed next day delivery. I am still waiting on my delivery which was to be delivered on Saturday 2nd between 1:15-5:15pm. The person they were for has left for Australia and there is still no sign of the order at 9pm on Sunday 3rd of august so the earliest I can expect the order is 4th August. 3 days!!! Imagine the condition of fresh flowers allegedly dispatched on the 1st August! Terrible service so if you want reliability do not bother with Prestige flowers

I've only used this company a couple of times recently and am very happy with their service. The flowers have been beautiful, the recipients were delighted with them and they arrived on time. I will be using them again in the future.

Delivery method: Please provide a guaranteed delivery option. Although the flowers were sent by Royal Mail First Class, they arrived a day later than expected - after the event - and were no longer fresh.
Price and appearance: The price was too high for the quality received. The flowers looked less attractive than in the advertisement and were noticeably smaller and less full.

Plenty of choice - Easy to order - flowers delivered looked exactly as the picture from the website which isn’t always the case with online florists - very happy - will definitely order from Prestige flowers again.

Absolutely horrific experience from this company.
Ordered a boquet that was nearly £100 and wasn’t worth £20.
When I had raised a complaint they said there was nothing wrong with the flowers and they are sorry I wasn’t happy.
Firstly, they looked nothing like the photo displayed online, they also left the stalks far too long, didn’t put half the flowers they say they do, and filled it with greenery instead. Absolutely horrific customer service.
Make sure you use a local small florist for all your flowers as these people aren’t worth a penny.

AVOID - Based on my experience I would not recommend. Ordered some flowers to be delivered on my mother’s birthday, they came a day late. They were watered and fed as soon as they arrived late. The next morning by they were all completed dried out and dead.
I contacted customer services and asked for a refund. I was completely ignored about having a refund and was only given the option to take either a replacement bunch of flowers, a replacement gift or store credit.
After back and forth emails I eventually demanded a refund after not being listen too.
I paid just under £30 for the flowers and they looked nothing like the stock sale image either, it was about a quarter of the size. Very shoddy company AVOID

This is my first and last time ordering flowers from here. The first bouquet was very disappointing, all the flowers were drooping and looked very sad, I could have done better myself. The FOC bouquet was better but still not worth the money. They came in a box with no water so no idea how they had been without it. Do not use them, get your own.

Avoid this company at all costs.
I ordered a Large flower arrangement for a special occasion, which was advertised on their website as containing 22 stems. What arrived was an absolute insult: a sparse 17 stems, with one of the primary stems completely snapped in half. Because this was a gift, I was forced to run out to a local florist on the day of the event and pay out of my own pocket for a replacement bouquet.
When I raised this with customer service, I was passed between reps (Megan and Amelia) while they repeatedly acknowledged a "quality issue" in writing—a total of four separate times. Yet, they continuously refused to issue a full refund for faulty, incomplete goods.
Instead, they tried to brush me off with a string of excuses:
1. First, a £15 store credit for a shop I'll never use again.
2. Then, a replacement bouquet after the event had already passed.
3. Then, a £15 partial refund.
4. Finally, claiming that because flowers are perishable, consumer law only entitles me to a "proportionate remedy" for an unusable bouquet!
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described and fit for purpose. Being a flower delivery service doesn't give a company a pass to send broken, short-measured orders and keep your money.
I gave them every opportunity to resolve this reasonably, but they refused. I have now submitted a full chargeback through my bank using their own written admissions of fault as evidence. Save yourself the stress and money—buy local instead.
