The colors are beautiful and vibrant and also mix well to get my desired colors.

As many other people who have reviewed Prestigify and how they operate, I wish there were the option to select no star...The business pratices are EXTREMELY DUBIOUS!
I ordered the Prestigify Nomad Portable Watercolor Set and waited three weeks to get the shipment... You might see that in all the posts where people complain about the delivery time, Prestigify claims that they "have fixed all logistical issues, and customers now get their packages in 3-7 business days". This is not the case.
More interestingly though, the item they sent me is not the item that I ordered / that was displayed on their website. Whilst the Prestigify Nomad Portable Watercolor Set - as shown in the pictures on the website - comes in a decorative box with the brand name on it, they sent me some cheap knock-off in a damaged plastic cover. Interestingly, the brand is not "Prestigify" but something called "Superior Water Color". The rest of the set is labelled in Chinese characters. This was supposed to be a gift but obviously I can't gift this tacky banged-up thing to anyone. So basically I paid for one product and they sent me something else of inferior quality. Plainly speaking this is FRAUD.
As many other customers here, I have tried to contact them by phone and on their customer service email. The calls go straight to voicemail and there is no reply to my email.

I learned about this company from The Frugalcrafter. I really like the pens I ordered. The order came promptly-unusual in these times and I have been using the pens a lot. I know I also ordered something else but can not remember what it was as it got assimilated into all of my supplies. A helpful hint would have resulted in a better review!

Product was student grade. I purchased all 3 mica watercolor sets.
The fountain pen was missing an ‘ O’ ring on the inside of the pen.
Customer Service with the purchasers & shipping departments need to have the kinks worked out of their systems being that this is an overseas concern.

Company sent me an incorrect order. I notified them and they eventually sent me the correct order. SIX times I have contacted them asking for address to return incorrect order ( which I was charged for) and how I am reimbursed for postage. NO REPLY!

No product, no response, no refund. I feel completely scammed by this company. The watercolors I ordered didn't arrive in the shipping time they advertised. In fact, 3 weeks later, still nothing. After an initial email answering my complaint and saying they would replace or refund the product, I heard nothing when I emailed back. Their customer service number never has a human answering, all you can do is leave a message. I've done so several times, never heard back. To top it all off, I did a google search and found numerous places selling the same product for less than a third of the price.

As the company writes below, I did finally receive the product - 3 weeks late and in a broken case. I have received many packages through USPS, I am well aware that there is a pandemic, none of that explains why this company doesn't reply to emails, doesn't return phone calls, and refuses to refund a product despite repeated requests. If you google "Prestigify reviews" you will discover that this seems to be their standard practice, the website says "Prestigify has a consumer rating of 1.93 stars from 5 reviews indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases."

Prices are good. Product is a good value for the price. Orders arrive quickly.
