It's been 10 weeks and the product still hasn't arrived. Emailed asking about the issue and got an apologetic email back, but no product. Ordered on 11/6/2020. Today is 12/17/20220. Have now asked for a refund. We shall see how that goes.

Prestigify has some great quality color and the package arrived with everything in order, got the portable flip kit and I love it!

Great Art Products and Customer Service! I ordered during the recent holiday sales rush, received my order in decent time, loved it, however noted that a couple items in my "bundled special" were not as expected. I went online and chatted with Robert in Customer Service. He got my details and had me submit a photo of what I received in error, then was promptly able to take care of it and see to it that the correct items were shipped out to me. Appreciate the prompt response, as this is my third order with this company, great art products, and appreciate the great customer service!

The product is great, but it took so long to arrive, nearly 2 months, that I had almost given up waiting. I understand that the company has fixed their shipping problems so will be happy to order from them again.

They add you to their email mailing list and send TONS of emails. They pigments have no lightfast info and you have to purchase a whole set of colors with many repeats - they look like colors in other palettes, however swatch out looking identical.

Got these things on a lark for Christmas for my daughter and I. We ended up opening them before Christmas, and we love them. They are exactly what we needed for our art that we didn't know we were missing.

I love the silver and gold paints! Works well with my other watercolor crayons and brings my art to life!

I am only giving one star because there is nothing lower. Their only strong point is rapid shipment for a very disappointing product. Simply put, their metallic markers have neither shine nor shimmer. I wrote a review on their website upon receipt to which they have never responded.

I ordered the 18 color Nomad Portable Watercolor set. It arrived within a week. The color pots are very dense and have lots of paint in them. The water pen brush works perfectly and delivers unexpectedly fine precision. I have painted with the set twice, and I can get very fine detail and also nice washes with the water pen brush. It has been very pleasant to use the set, and I'm planning to give it as gifts and also to order the larger set when it comes back in stock, even though I found the 18 colors to be surprisingly blendable.

Received the products intact despite the glitches in the fulfillment & shipping department here in the US. Had to contact customer service and they were very helpful.
The only complaint I have on the 3 different sets of watercolors are that the individual pans are only half filled unlike other brand names. The fountain pen & ink works beautifully.

I was recently finding a good Christmas gift for my nieces and something to invest my time especially now that we are on lock down. I find this store and their products are just absolutely amazing. I painted more than 8 paintings and plan on buying more. Excellent on fast shipping too! I highly recommend this shop.

Due to a high demand my order was delayed. I completely understand why the Nomad Portable Watercolors are so popular — they are pure genius! The colors are vivid and the set is thoughtfully equipped with a brush and palette tray. Simply brilliant!

Customer service was poor, did not enjoy quality of the products ordered. Took a very long time to ship and refund was not given as promised.

Still have not received my order,late now for intended gift.
