I bought a few records from the Presto sale (great selection and great prices BTW). One record had a fault. One email to customer services and a replacement was ordered. The problem was that the record came in a cardboard inner which caused the record to be scratched. They very kindly opened the replacement to check it and dispatched in a paper inner. That is absolutely first class service. And a big thank you to Elinor at Presto for going above and beyond.

The CD I ordered was out of stock, and it was unclear when it would be available. I enquired and was told that my payment could be refunded, thus enabling me to buy a different recording. The feedback was prompt and helpful.

Excellent website with lots of relevant information. It's good to be able to see the detail of some of the music inside rather than just the cover.

Since I ordered from the U.S., I was not sure how long it would take the product to get here. It was very speedy! Postage was very reasonable. The set of CDs is excellent quality, exactly as advertised. I cannot recommend Presto Music highly enough

I had a problem with my streaming device that Presto resolved very quickly and very helpfully. Their customer service is really good and their streaming service they provide is much appreciated by me. I also find their website very informative and comprehensive.

Great choices, reliable and helpful services. Sadly too many of my personal music choices are now not available for 6 weeks or more that means I try elsewhere. Otherwise I would always put Presto as my first choice for mysic.

Excellent choice of music, well described, simple process to purchase, prompt confirmation of order, swift delivery. The CDs were well presented, securely packaged, and arrived in good condition. The contents were as described, and the music and performances outstanding..

I found Presto Music earlier this year and am delighted I did. Thanks to them I have discovered music I had never heard before and continue to explore and enjoy the vast range I find through them. They have sales as well of the leading labels and an excellent customer service who are really friendly and helpful. Their shop in Leamington Spa is well worth a visit if you are in that area - for me it was like being a child in a sweet shop, there was such a variety. I recommend anyone to explore their website, I hope you will be as delighted as I was.

For classical music in any form, cd, download or printed, choosing and buying from Presto is a smooth and trouble-free experience from start to finish. Choosing recordings is particularly helped by the reviews (eg from Radio 3) on the website, and I also appreciated how easy it was to access downloads.

I have been dealing with them for 5 years and they are faultless even when I twice had to "return"faulty discs done at manufacture and they swapped/refunded by accepting my word.The best thing of all is you can hear a short preview of all the tracks which has helped me to discover composers whom I was previously unaware.A friendly bunch of staff with nothing too much trouble.

Always reliable reasonably priced CDs wide ranging catalogue and new releases . My last order arrived next day

I am using Presto Music on line website since 2021 and was never disappointed.
It has a vast range of classical music CDs and I usually find what I am looking for.
Look out for special offers as well, you can pick up a really good bargain.
I like the updates on deliveries even if an item is being late.
Well done and keep on going strong.

I'm a cellist and wanted to find the parts for Gabriels Oboe a la Yo Yo Ma! I then ordered the piece for quartet. Very simple arrangement provided, rather disappointed, but couldn't the arranger given a bit more to the cello? arrrrrh!

Always reliable on delivery

First time trying today for a Finzi classic. Down loading was super fast with there download manger and easy to drag and drop in my High end DAP. Will definitely be using again.Also the price was more then fair.

huge selection of "classical" music on CD and other formats. Good prices, quick, efficient service. Like Arkiv Music used 2B, before it went blotto.

I was anticipating a smooth shopping experience but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The website repeatedly presents me with options I didn't ask for or want eg downloads when I specifically ask for CD only, making the browsing and purchasing process frustrating.
Additionally, the delivery was much slower than anticipated, with no updates explaining why the process was taking so long until I wrote. Their reply was curt.
Overall, my experience was disappointing. I’d hesitate to shop here again unless improvements are made to both the website interface and delivery service.

We've used Presto to order several books of music in the past, and it has been fine. Today we ordered a PDF download of "Fur Elise", at a cost of £3.50 - you can get actual books of it in the post, but we wanted to try the PDF service out, and we shouldn't have bothered! I carefully ordered the piece from an "Intermediate" book in the correct key of A minor, so I expected it to be around grade 4/5. What I was sent was 20 bars (a quarter of the piece!) laid out for a child, with tick boxes for a 5 year old to fill in. When I complained, I was told "I should have contacted them first before ordering"! and "It does say "Arrangement"" I had to point out to them that "Arrangement" is not the same as "Partial"!
They clearly knew that they were in the wrong, but hid behind their ordering guidelines and refused to refund the £3.50. Very misleading, and a total rip-off. A better company would have agreed they had got it wrong, and refunded us as a good will gesture. It's also disturbing that a music company has staff that don't understand words such as "Arrangement"!
Stay away from their "Download" section, as you have no idea what you will get - with physical books you get a full page count, a list of contents, and sometimes even a couple of sample pages, so you can judge the difficulty of the piece. With the downloads all "More info" gives you is a larger photo of the cover!
