Extensive collection for ‘Classical Music’
Vast collection of ‘Classical Music’ for physical formats (CDs etc), digital (downloads), & sheet music. It’s my go-to site. Prices are competitive with frequent sales.
My only niggle is that on occasion Presto has to order from suppliers as I guess warehouse space is not as vast as Amazon’s (!), items are not always readily available there either so sometimes there’s a short delay with dispatch, however I’m always kept up to date via emails with order status & Presto have never failed to deliver!

We are very sorry to hear of the occasional despatch delay. We operate from a small warehouse where we do not hold large amounts of stock. When your order is placed we then submit a request to our supplier to obtain the item that you have ordered and then immediately despatch your order as soon as the stock arrives keeping you up to date with any delays.
Excellent service
I initially made a mistake in my ordering, and ordered the wrong item. I emailed Presto, and they immediately emailed back, and said they would cancel the order, and refund my money. Great service. The correct order also arrived well within time.

So good that Presto supports SACD format, with good prices (& for a so-called 'legacy format') good catalogue. Very impressed with LSO Live Beethoven Symphonies 1-9 box set. Wonderful rendition of great music in the best audio quality. All CDs delivered well packaged and in good time. Great Stuff.

Avoid. Displays items not in stock and takes payment for them.
Displays items they do not have in stock, in the hope they may be able to source them after you’ve paid. A terrible attitude to customer service and a business model that has no concern for the buyer and should not be emulated by any company hoping to have repeat customers. Avoid.

Speedy delivery + good packaging = great experience
The CDs were first wrapped in bubblewrap; that package was additionally padded with sheets of bubblewrap and mailed in a sturdy box. Super-fast delivery: from UK to Arizona (USA) in 5 days! The people are very nice to deal with. Highly recommend Presto!

Multiple CD order
I ordered 3 CDs, two of which were not immediately available, but the one that was got sent out ahead of the others, which arrived a few days later. I was kept informed and all the CDs were packaged very well
