Great music store
Great music store where one can find rarities.
For people with good taste, connoisseurs etc. it's a must.
Unfortunately streaming is no more free as it used to be. Paying fees makes no sense since I already bought the music.
Amendment Jan 30, 2024:
After the hint of the store I have to retract my verdict that a nice previous feature has been kicked out without replacement. Bought music can still be enjoyed via streaming in addition. Thx a lot!
Furthermore brings the new feature of subscribing to streaming service an experience similar to spotify. For young people wanting to expand their musical horizon definitely recommendable.

Our new streaming app allows you to access all of the music we have available digitally any time and you do not have to pay any extra to stream the music. Without paying for our new streaming, the library files that you have already purchased will work for you in the mobile app or the web app. The link in the screenshot to "Collection > Purchased" will take you directly to the part of the new web app that you need, and will log you in. All functionality will be there as before.
Looking for a particular recording
It is slightly frustrating to have to fill in details of my address every time I make an order. If that is an extra security check then so be it.
Otherwise I find your overall website and the ordering process straightforward. Searching for a particular recording can sometimes take several minutes if there are numerous recordings of a particular Work. The search facility does not always seem to get round this.

Normally very good, this time a bit slow with poor carrier performance. No notification that it had been delivered - discovered package almost abandoned in a run-down greenhouse.
Used option to order some stuff that was out of stock (but at sale prices), Check offered option to split order, which I thought I checked, but all physical items (i.e. not downloads) got delayed

A great independent source for music, especially classical but also jazz and folk. I choose downloads, which is always smooth and painless. I also appreciate the ability to sample the music first. Very happy to use this company rather than further feed the profits of Amazon.

As ever it was so easy to order and buy online... seconds later you're downloading. Great website, great choice and super helpful team should you ever have a question. My only disappointment is that sometimes they don't have the PDFs of the CD booklets - Presto needs to be much tougher with the companies who want to sell the downloads. But other websites suffer similarly.

Search engine is the secret of Presto excellence
To me a great problem in purchasing downloads on the Internet is the search engine, typically made for pop, which leads to non-sense for classical music. On the contrary, Presto has an excellent search engine, is sincerely dedicated to the world of classical music lovers, so it's my first choice when I look at music to download.

Over 20 years of the most reliable service from Presto Classical
