We could not be happier with Preston Baker estate agents when we sold our house. Angela from Preston Baker is just fantastic and we would have been lost without her. From start to finish, her communication with us was amazing. We had her mobile number so could text or ring her at any time and she would respond immediately. She was so proactive and chased everyone involved in the chain to ensure our house sale went through quickly and smoothly. She greatly reduced our stress levels during a stressful time. Angela helped us achieve full asking price for our house sale and subsequently we managed to buy our dream home.
She was approachable, friendly, efficient and supportive throughout. We highly recommend Angela from Preston Baker to anyone considering selling their house.

They never respond to your phone call to busy just don't care

What a ride. So many complications with our sale/purchase but Gemma was always on it. Very calm, very able, always knowledgeable, right up to the wire phoning solicitors across the whole chain to hurry them up. Absolutely superb - give her a raise.

I loved Julie from the very first time I met her. She was so passionate about our house and really great with our young kids who were home when she came round to do her valuation.

Julie is a lovely person; really gentle, kind and friendly. We opted for a property launch and she had offers for us within a week! Sadly our first buyer’s buyer pulled out therefore our first sale fell through but Julie was incredible and really supported us throughout the second round of viewings.

Our eventual sale and purchase was very stressful (due to the bottom of our chain) but Julie went above and beyond on a daily basis chasing the agents, speaking directly to our buyer and updating me regularly. It all happened very last minute in the end and she was messaging me throughout then even came to see us in the new house on moving day.

Julie; you are an exceptional lady and I cannot recommend you highly enough x

Gemma was both professional and friendly and made the process of selling my parent's home much easier. The pre-marketing and open day that Preston Baker offer was very successful in generating interest. Highly recommend.

Too much stressful experience. Throughout the process, there were allegations being put on us as to if we were non-serious buyers. No polite way to communicate. Always questioning and that too as if you are being instructed to do it asap.

On the day of completion, no way to organise the hand over of keys. The estate agent didn't picked our phone and we had to stand outside the house for an hour in cold with a one year old. Totally unacceptable behavior

Rachel was great from the start. Came to see us at a time that suited us at short notice and advised on a price she felt was achievable. She even came to the house with the photographer to ensure that the highest level of photos were taken using her expertise in what catches buyers attention. She got us 4 offers and we accepted a cash offer at the full asking price which was great.

David has been a fantastic estate agent, keeping us informed throughout our sale and supporting our interests. The process from initial valuation through listings and offers could not have been easier. Fingers crossed now for the sale to go through as smoothly as the rest of the process.

We recently met with Carol Gunn on a viewing> The house was not occupied an Carol had been there early put the heating on and lit the log burner. How many other Estate Agents do that?
Carol was very well informed on the property.
Carol has since valued our current property and was professional in her approach.
She is an asset to PB.
