FRAUD ALERT!!! Ordered an Item 28/10/20 never received it. Had an email 18/11/20 telling me I was being sent a REFUND - THE REFUND then got cancelled and no one responds to emails. Paid with Paypal so hopefully they can resolve this
I ordered an item from this company, but I never received it. Despite the fact that I have contacted them three times, they have done nothing. They won't send me the item or return my money, so stay away from this company.

I left it a bit late to order a christening gift for my niece, I found a gift on this website, but it was personalised and with less than a week to go I was unsure if it would arrive in time. I emailed them to ask if it was possible and they said it would, so I went ahead and ordered.
The item arrived four days later and I am really pleased. The engraving on the money box is really good quality and I'm sure it is a gift she will keep for a long time
