Hi team, I have used Prezi for academic and some business purposes. It's a great, dynamic tool, but the fact that it can't be downloaded means that you have to share the link, which is not always help... See more

I discovered Prezi four years ago, and since then, I honestly can't imagine going back to traditional presentation tools. It's completely changed the way I present, especially when I'm pressed for time (which, unfortunately, happens more often than I’d like). The boost in confidence has been incredible—I actually enjoy presenting now!
What’s been really exciting lately are Prezi’s new AI features. I’ve been able to breathe new life into older presentations just by letting the AI suggest updated layouts and color schemes. As someone who uses Prezi regularly, I can genuinely say it’s one of the best tools out there. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to level up their presentations.

Prezi has excellent presentatios in order to show management presentations.
Nevertheless, Prezi, lately doesnt allow me to charge information or files to enhance it.

It’s a wonderful app to make our presentations, we can take it anywhere! I love it
I’m extremely disappointed with Prezi’s handling of my recent experience. I cancelled my subscription during the trial period, yet was still charged £270 for a full annual membership I never intended to purchase.
Despite contacting support and explaining the situation, I was met with a blanket refusal to refund – no investigation, no flexibility, just a copy-paste reply referring me to their terms and conditions. I reiterated that I had already cancelled and believe the charge occurred due to a fault in Prezi’s system or a failure to process the cancellation correctly.
Under UK consumer protection law (specifically the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015), businesses are expected to provide a transparent cancellation process and gain clear, informed consent before charging customers – especially after a trial period. That clearly didn’t happen here.
I haven’t used the service beyond the trial and received no notification of an upcoming charge. Yet Prezi has refused to refund the payment and even stated that “further correspondence will not result in a change to the decision.” This dismissive attitude is both unprofessional and legally questionable.
I would strongly advise others to avoid Prezi unless you’re absolutely certain of your cancellation being logged. And even then, be prepared for poor customer support and zero accountability if something goes wrong.

I’ve been using Prezi for over 10 years, and it has helped me a lot in my work. It’s amazing how much it has advanced with AI.
It is a tool power, the app is very special, because you can insert pictures, text and is very frendly !!!!Congratulations!!!!!!
I used the 14-day Prezi Plus trial and was not impressed. The Prezi platform is not that good. The layout is unnecessarily complicated, they offer basic features, and the ai features are not as good as other platforms.
They also promise to regularly email you to remind you that the trial is ending but only provide a 7 day reminder before they automatically deduct a yearly payment from your account. They do not offer a refund, so be very careful trying this platform.

Working with Prezi has been an awesome experience. Keep getting better.
Prezi has really boosted my confidence in my Presentation especially in this Digital Age. Even though, I am in my late 40's, Prezi boosted my Self- esteem and confidence. Really make me stand out amongst young audience.
Thank you Prezi. You rock!
I Extremely disappointed.
have not been able to access my "presentations"

I signed up for the free trial in haste to unlock a feature i wanted to use, i was informed i would be getting an email before the period ends to cancel my plan, this email was sent but badly formatted and tagged so it ended up in my gmails spam, i was now charged for 2 full years of subscription even though i would qualify for discounts through the education program. This is predatory practice and I can never recommend this product to anybody again. The price is alwo ridicoulous now that AI is used a feature which hardly benefits the user but has increased the price for a simple great app several times over

I signed up for Prezi’s 14-day free trial but never received a reminder before the automatic start of the yearly subscription. When I noticed the charge, I immediately deleted my account and requested a refund. Unfortunately, my request was rejected, and now I’m paying for a subscription I did not—and will not—use.
This has never happened to me with any other service. A 14-day refund policy is a standard practice in the EU, yet Prezi chose not to honor it. On top of that, the response from customer service was dismissive and unkind.
Very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend Prezi based on how they treat their users.

Scam! Dishonest platform!
I signed up for Prezi because they clearly stated there would be a free trial first. But instead, they charged me $21 immediately, without any warning or confirmation.
I contacted support right away — they refused to refund, hiding behind some vague Terms of Service that weren’t even clearly visible during checkout. No real help, just a template response and a closed case.
My bank confirmed the funds went straight to Prezi and cannot be reversed.
Avoid this service at all costs. Prezi is greedy, deceptive, and careless about its users. I’ll never use it again — and I’ll make sure others are warned too.
P.S. Prezi Support, you’re a joke. Thanks for the lesson — not a cent more from me.

I'm a 17-year-old student and used Prezi AI to make a school presentation. I signed up for the 14-day trial thinking it was just a temporary tool to help with that one project. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel the subscription and was later charged €216, which is a huge amount—especially for a student.
I understand that forgetting to cancel is technically my responsibility, but mistakes like this happen. I reached out to customer support immediately after noticing the charge to ask for a refund, but they refused, saying all refund decisions are final. They did cancel my subscription so it won’t renew again, but that doesn’t help me get my money back.
It’s disappointing that there’s no flexibility or understanding, especially when it’s clearly a one-time mistake from a young user. I think Prezi should at least offer partial refunds or a short grace period, especially for students. I really liked the product itself, but this experience makes me not want to use it again or recommend it to others.

Dear Prezi Team,
I’m writing to express deep concern regarding the recent $145 charge to my account following the end of my 14-day trial. I used the platform only once during the trial period and, unfortunately, missed the cancellation deadline by just two days. As soon as I noticed the charge, I reached out immediately to request a refund — a perfectly reasonable request under the circumstances.
The response I received was disappointing, to say the least. My request was met with a blanket refusal, with no flexibility, empathy, or willingness to understand the situation. I was told that no further discussion would be entertained — a stance that comes across as not only dismissive, but alarmingly inflexible for a company that promotes itself as user-friendly.
This experience feels less like customer service and more like exploitation hidden behind policy fine print. I want to make it clear that I will be raising awareness about this issue and submitting complaints across all appropriate consumer platforms. While I may not have the legal means to challenge this, I will certainly do everything I can to ensure others are informed.
I strongly urge you to reconsider your approach in this case — not just for me, but as a matter of principle.

Charged $96 without any warning after a 14 days trial and refused to refund.

Honestly just run away from their product and their customer services.
Product usage is complex and feels like you are stuck, you have to use it a certain way to get what you want. Everything gets complicated. You spend ages looking for an option, which most of the time does not exist or is hidden in what appear to be a simple UI.
And if you dare write the entire presentation with it! I hope you won't have to navigate the slides during the talk. Because going back to the right slide needs a lot of practice.
(I know you would think it would be intuitive)
I forgot to cancel it in time, I contacted them 2 days after, and they told me that they could not do anything about it.
And don't get sold on their AI, it's really not what you are looking for.

Absolutely disgusted with how Prezi handles their so-called "free trial." I signed up expecting a standard trial period like I’ve done with countless other software tools, only to be slapped with a charge of over $200+ without any meaningful notice or chance to cancel. I reached out to their support team immediately—multiple times—only to be met with the same robotic response: No refund, no exceptions.
They pointed to their “policy” that I supposedly agreed to just by entering my card details. How does that not sound like a scam? What kind of company leans this hard into misleading people during a trial, and then doubles down on keeping the money once you tell them you never wanted the subscription in the first place?
The worst part? I'm clearly not alone. Just looking through recent reviews, you can see this exact same experience happening to so many others. It's obvious this isn't a one-off mistake—it's a core part of how Prezi profits. That’s not just bad business, that’s predatory.
The response from their support didn’t even address the actual issue. No clarity on the billing date, no real engagement with my request—just a cold, dismissive “final decision.” I feel ripped off and deeply frustrated. Prezi has lost all credibility in my eyes.
Avoid this service unless you want to be blindsided by charges and ignored by support. This is not how ethical companies operate.
