Absolutely appauling

Absolutely appauling. Bought in store. Item was faulty. Conveniently no one in store could refund. Wrote a complaint to the specific store and the manager sent back a sarcastically toned email. The end advised I should email ahead of going to the store yet again so they can advise of the timing in case they are short staffed or management are busy. So I need to plan my day around when you have one member of staff available to return the faulty item you sold !!!! Trying to avoid refunds??? Absolutely dreadful service. Manager that sent the email has no idea of customer service nor how to address a complaint. AVOID !
Edit. They claim not to have any information when I provided what was requested.
However, in the meantime the Area Manager has provided a refund given how appauling the service was instore

Awful company

Awful company, ordered on a Saturday with next day delivery, came 8 days later and one of the products was broken - completely missed my best friends birthday, will be avoiding in the future

not delivered on time…

i spent some considerable time finding a company that had gifts and had a next day delivery. they were not delivered the next day so came too late for me to give as birthday presents. contacting them was of no help either, so although the quality of the gifts for the price was good they were of no use to me and therefore a waste of money.

No problems with purchase

No problems with getting my gifts. Fast delivery, items packed well and arrived without damage. Only concern was one item had an expiry date not too far away, so had to be used quickly
