Gift Bonanza

My usual last minute Xmas shopping led me to Prezzybox and I’m so glad it did. The choice of products was unreal. The quality of products when received was matched. Delivery second to none, and in time too. Well packed and no damaged goods. Would 💯 recommend this company and I will be doing all my gift shopping here in future.

Item never arrived

Ordered a moisturiser from Prezzybox as they were selling it for a very competitive price. Order made on 30/12/24 and, whilst I understand delays over the New Year, 11 days later I am still waiting for the order. I received an email today from them advising me that the parcel got ‘lost in transit’ and that they would send me out another one. 15 minutes later, another email arrives informing me that the cream is now out of stock. I don’t believe this cream was ever available and have been waiting a ridiculously long time to now be told I won’t be receiving anything.

great customer service

communication and replacement was done in a timely manner and resolved quickly, website I can use again when ordering from overseas and lots of lovely products, ordered the pair of glazed mugs, been told they are really nice and a good quality.
