I had missed the deadline to order my daughters leavers hoodie. They responded straight away. Even got back to me days after inquiring about it. Since it was a special order they helped me so much. Thank you again for your help and one happy teenager now.

Ordered a leavers hoodie over a month ago no communication apart from it's been picked and packed and nothing since if no update received by 8th may I'm taking it to trading standards as the 30 days for delivery has passed under distance selling regulations

Really bad quality, expensive and don't last. I'm really disappointed. The customer service not helpful.

I contacted the team regarding sizing of school cardigans and I received a very quick and helpful response.
Laura was quick to answer my queries and very helpful.
It's disappointing that the cardigan my daughter wanted isn't available in the larger sizes of the sweatshirt, but she's only got a year and a half left so hopefully it will do.
Laura offered to help with ordering but I found the process quite straightforward and love the ability for free delivery to the school.

The products are always excellent and delivery is good , the problem is getting to place or return an order , it is the most complicated and confusing , infuriating website to negotiate , trying to return an item I gave up and just paid the postage at the post office . Ordering for two separate schools is also a problem , just keeps sending you back to the first school then when finally get the right school the tie I wanted was not to be found , showed every one but it the one I wanted , please please simplify this !

Easy to use online all set up for each particular school, delivery always on time, great products.

I contacted the team at Price and Buckland as the lining from a blazer I ordered started coming away from the neck after less than a half terms worth of use. I sent a photo to them to show where it had come loose too. Price and Buckland response was that it had been pulled - which it hadn’t. My son has autism, is over 6ft tall and would not allow anyone to grab it or pull it for starters - he’s always taken good care of his clothing, he’s not a rough and tumble child. Price and Buckland said I could send it back to them for repair but I couldn’t do this as my son would get into trouble at school for not having a blazer, meaning I’d have to purchase a second one just to get the first one fixed (good try there P&B). They then said I could have a very small discount on my next purchase if I get it repaired myself. I took the blazer to an independent seamstress who told me that the lining had been sewn on too tightly around the neck and this is why the seams came apart. The seamstress had to do a bit of jiggling around with the material to make it looser stitched as there was not enough lining on the neck of the blazer to allow for my son to move around in it without causing tension on the seams. I informed Price and Buckland of this and they responded with the same ‘it’s not our fault’ rubbish. I think I’ll take the word of my local seamstress with more than 25 years experience over your quality assurance team that had one photo sent to them.

I have issue with the fact that this company is the only place my child’s blazer is available from. If there were more choice of where to purchase, I’m sure the quality would be a lot better. As it is they are free to deny accountability and push out tat to parents who need to fork out a fortune for their cheap material and low quality production. It’s a farce.

I’m only giving a two star as the P.E. Tops have washed well.

My child is neurodiverse and has sensory issues with clothes. They will often only tolerate wearing the PE kit (even when not at school).
As Price &Buckland are the company the school use for their branded items, I contacted them to see if it was possible to order/purchase non branded items (for daily wear). Even though unbranded items are not really their remit, everyone at P&B have really put themselves out and helped in way that far exceeded anything I could have hoped for by creating a bespoke order for me in just a couple of days. They have been absolutely amazing! I am blown away by their kindness and understanding, they have no idea how much this has meant to me..

We get our kids uniforms from them and have had issues with delivery. They always sorted out any problems and are very helpful and always get back to you.

They were extremely quick in shipping our order. We did an in year school move , place the order on a Friday afternoon and had it dispatched on Tuesday. The chat service on the website is also super efficient. Megan was very kind, helpful and quick in answering my question. Thank you very much!

I would like to say a big. Thank you to Dianne the lady expert  in customer services who helped me with my order. As I only needed, the 2 items and was having problems. She guided me at first I didn't quite understand what I needed to do I have worked it out now and I would like to thank her very much for taking the time to guide me and to help me with the issue I was facing I am grateful and I have now place my order and my son will have his items. I would always recommend  price and Buckland the customer services have always been on hand and ready to help thank you again.

Speedy delivery, easy to navigate website.

I have been a loyal customer of Price & Buckland for many years, buying school uniforms for all three of my children, and have never had a problem until now. Unfortunately, the jumper I recently purchased was of very poor quality. After washing a few times, the red fluff from inside the jumper continued to transfer onto white shirts, leaving them covered in fluff and badly discoloured. The shirts are now permanently ruined.
When I raised the issue, it was handled by a person named Laura, who advised me to use a lint roller to try and get rid of the fluff. This advice was unhelpful, as the damage had already been done. I am now left out of pocket, as I will have to purchase a replacement uniform, which is not cheap.
I am extremely disappointed by both the poor quality of the garment and the dismissive handling of my complaint. After years of purchasing from this company, this experience has left me very let down.

Perhaps your company should look at sourcing better quality jumpers that don’t leave fluff and cause damage to other clothing.

Early delivery and good seller would definitely recommend
