Items I ordered are very very small !
Items I ordered are very very small !! My 4 year old had to have a 7-8 size and my 8 year old needed 9-10 year old size . Was a nightmare to return after waiting 15 days for it to arrive. After booking in a collection with Royal Mail to return the items . Royal Mail never collected the package . I then had to return myself at the post office . With a busy work life myself this was very inconvenient. I preferred the last uniform company where we could return to the school .
I think I will be buying plain uniform without the logo in future seems way too much hassle and too long a wait for it to arrive .

I am very sorry to hear you found our garments are on the small side. As a general rule, our garments tend to be generous side, so I will check with our quality control team that nothing's changed. I suspect the items you ordered were ones we buy in from other suppliers rather than ones we manufacture in our own factory. We tried to encourage parents and carers through school and direct emails to order before 1st August and I appreciate those that ordered after this date have received a slower delivery. I am sorry your experience with Royal Mail was less than adequate. Thank you for the feedback which I will take note of.

Only place thst sold school pe kit
Felt nervous ordering first time as wasn't sure on their sizing.
Arrived...fitted my son perfect...and was only place to stock the school pe kits so was a bit of a forced purchase.

The delivery comes really quick and the quality is great for the cardigans.
I refuse to pay the prices of the logo polo shirts as the price of just one is ridiculous when you can buy a pack of 3 for half the price from other supermarkets.
Overall Price & Buckland has good quality customer service and really helpful. Its just the one issue I have with the polo shirts. Sorry x
