Excellent, very straightforward and easy
Ordering from price and buckland for my daughters first ever school uniform was so clear and straight forward, I had felt anxious about all the school uniform ordering wondering if I would order the right things etc but going on their website made it so easy and simple. It showed me exactly what I need in the right colours and the sizes were straight forward. It made me feel so much at ease. When I placed orders they have arrived within a couple of days which is great, which has given my daughter who struggles with change, the time to he used to her new uniform bits and has been role playing with her rucksack and book bag which will make her transition so much easier. The quality is fantastic too. Thank you for making it so easy for us

I was intimidated by having to order.
I was intimidated by having to order online without trying on first and having to measure my child but the measuring guide and sizes were spot on! Delivery was on time and had no issues. The quality of the uniform is pretty good. The shirts aren't the best quality but everything else is great. Overall, I'm very happy with the service.

Website navigation is very easy to use. Guidance on sizes is clear and accurate.
The only thing I would prefer if the blazer was slightly more thicker. The material does need a steam iron after washes as creases are a little visible. I base this on other school blazers
Overall I’m extremely happy with the uniform and service. I have had no issues

Very great company
Very great company! Clothing is true to size, great quality and great value for money. Very friendly and efficient staff , very fast delivery , and great service all around . I’ve never had any issues using this company.
Would highly recommend using Price and Buckland when thinking about purchasing your child’s school uniform.

Good quality cloying and suitable for all shapes and sizes!
Really good quality clothing and are really good for providing different fits! I have two children who are very different shapes but the items ordered accommodated both! Really pleased. They also provide alternative lengths which is great for my tall kids! Prices are reasonable and delivery was prompt! When I returned items that I didn’t need the refund was sent back to me as soon as they received it their end. Very happy customer.

The uniforms are great quality although…
The uniforms are great quality although some items are over twice the price of items available in supermarkets. The website also claims that free delivery to school is available yet every time I've placed an order, the option for school delivery never comes up meaning I've had to pay between 4 and 5 pounds extra

Many thanks for giving your feedback. Unfortunately it's impossible for us to compete with the supermarkets on price because of their huge buying power but our quality should be considerably higher. In addition we hold stock throughout the year whereas supermarkets tend to buy in bulk purely for the 'back to school' period and don't re-order. Our embroidery also adds costs and complexity which increases the price. We do offer free delivery to school but only to those schools that agree to handle parcels. The service is also generally (with the school's agreement) turned off for the summer holiday period.

Refuse to take return or any form of refund. Due to being out of the weeks even thought brand new still in package. Poor excuse! What a waste! Wouldn’t use again.

The school decided to change uniforms and change uniform supplier so we no longer hold any stock for the school at all. I suggest you contact the school since clearly they informed parents/carers of the uniform change a bit late in the day. I don't know what the school's uniform policy is now but pupils may well still be allowed to wear the blazer. I appreciate your frustration and am sorry we can't be of more help.

Ordered two of the same skirt and…
Ordered two of the same skirt and received one correct one and one random skirt which was wrong causing upset from my daughter who was so excited to receive her secondary school uniform. Customer service quick to reply on email but unfortunately to return the item the steps are not easy, and I will have to print a label myself, package up the skirt i did not order in the first place and drive to a post office. I wish we could just buy uniform from a local shop like when I was at school.

It is fairly standard for companies to request the return of the incorrect garment and there is the option to have a QR code sent to your phone instead of printing a label but I do appreciate you could really do without the hassle.
