Friendly and efficient staff
My order was delivered by Parcelforce in an unsafe place and then stolen. After failing to resolve the problem with Parcelforce, I rang Price and Buckland and spoke to Dianne who was really friendly and helpful and sorted the problem out and had the order sent again the next day.

Sizes definitely smaller this year
Son has 36inch chest, ordered a 40 blazer to allow room for growth & yet it’s smaller than his current 36 AND 38 blazer. Sleeves are a good inch shorter as well.
Have had to return that & order another before receiving refund as there’s no replacement service. Also have to pay £4.50 postage again!
Really can’t afford to. But customer service didn’t offer anything else other that to advise I possibly order 2 blazers of different sizes to hopefully have 1 fit.

I can see that you've logged a return of the 40" blazer on 6th August but we still haven't received it back yet. I also can't see that you've placed a replacement order. If the blazer's measurements are not within tolerance then we would be very pleased to credit the £4.50 postage. Our blazers go through a QC process where measurements are checked however the odd one can get through. I am sorry for your frustration.

Forgot an item on my order
I had ordered my son’s uniform and had free delivery due to the items being over a certain amount. After ordering, I had realised I had forgotten his PE track pants!! I called price and Buckland and spoke to the lovely Megan who couldn’t add them to my previous order but gave me free delivery so I didn’t have to pay out extra! Thank you!

Wrong sized itemsecieved
Ordered my sons uniform, when it arrived. The order was the wrong size to what I had purchased. I contact the company and got a response within 24 hours with guidance on next steps and a free return postage service.
Once returned ed the correct items were delivered with 3 days.
The staff were very helpful, apologetic and quick with responses.
Great service from start to finish.

Absolutely atrocious
Absolutely atrocious. No help when THEY delivered the uniform late to school. Expecting children to go into school without uniform on the first day of term. Disgusting. Overpriced. Ridiculousness
Edited to add, the responder can't even read and spell a name correctly when trying to dig themselves out of a hole.
I ordered in plenty of time to get the delivery, check the size and then to return if it was running on the small side- which now most reviews say the items do. So my child will have to hope for sunshine in September or be cold whilst I await a refund and return and replacement.
Second edit, well done Anthony, you edited my name to be correct but no apology on spelling it incorrectly in the first place.
Absolutely will avoid and push for other options for uniform in the future. The bad just keeps getting worse!

We did have an Into School delivery that our courier failed to deliver on the expected date so we assume that you are from that school. I ordered all the uniform for my son and got an item for girls which obviously I didn't need. What they could offer just to return the item and reorder what I needed. They refused to cover the delivery.
I don't mind paying but it's absolutely unfair, I spend much time on returning and correcting their mistake, not mine. So never again

I have had a look through the LiveChat conversation and I think you unfortunately perhaps misunderstood the communication. We suggested you returned the incorrect garment using our FREE returns process and we would send you the correct replacement item. We received the garment that you returned to us but you requested a credit which we processed. If you still want the shorts, if you ordered them in the usual way, and then give us a call with your order number, we will very happily refund the delivery charge.

Stressful!
Online says your opening hours are between whatever times they were so i drove an hour over there to get my daughter a jumper midterm as needed asap due to moving schools only to find its basically a warehouse and you cant buy from there what a waste of time.
Then when i ordered online it came too big so i had to send it back but you cant change the size unless you pay another postage fee of £5 im sure it was, needless to say i went somewhere else!
