I gave Birth in December 2024 and they came to take pictures as normal no problem , I know the system it's my 2nd child, but the issue arose when one of the agents sent a message called that the photos were ready and that i should come with my card or cash ,so I went there in Argenteuil and was told that I needed to pay for the pictures and i forgot yo take my card that day ,so when I got there the lady said I should pay after showing me all their packages and I told her I didn't bring my card when cam I come again for them ,she bluntly told me that I should pay that day or else they gonna destroy those pictures, I asked her can't you hold on maybe for another day ,she said no ..Mind you in her message I wasn't given the option of selection to know what I might like to take or buy. so there was no conversation of that so I was shocked cause I've received the
free pictures from Primavista before with my 1st daughter and now with my Son I was told they will be destroy that day, Since I didn't come with money to pay
I don't wanna lie i was sad and really offended by this cause those were essentially the pictures I was looking forward to selecting and paying for..if I knew this is how they did things I would taken some really nice shots myself and not bother agreeing to them taking my sons pictures in the hospital ,but I trusted them and had high hopes cause I've used them before..So then later they send me an email saying I should select and pay for the pictures and this is like 2 months after the Incident ..You threatened to destroy my son's 1st pictures because I didn't come with my card and you told me there was no way of getting them if not on that day ,so why send me the internet link that does not show anything. After pleading i asked if i can have atleast 1 free picture of my son that was taken she said no that she will destroy them as well , i begged then she said select one and i did only for her to exchange the one I selected with the one I didn't select like ,your service couldn't be more chaotic and rude ....Very Disappointing cause my daughter has her pictures that I bought and my son has none not even free ones ....
Worst service ever ..when I give birth to another baby I will stop them from taking pictures cause this is ridiculous ..I'm still disappointed everytime I see the picture she gave me.
She couldn't even allow me get a good free Photo for my son...
