"My experience with this clinic was…

"My experience with this clinic was utterly unacceptable and deeply hurtful. I made it very clear on the phone from the beginning that I was a senior on a fixed income and could not afford this care, explicitly asking for payment options. They did receive 1000$ plus up to $500 through an amazing fund. Despite speaking with staff and clarifying my financial situation. Shortly after I had to say goodbye to my sick cat, and while I was in the middle of burying him, the clinic called demanding more payment. This is a callous and unprofessional way to treat anyone, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for veterinary care." You couldn't wait a day. I was burying her when you called for more money disgusting.
