Emailed customer service straight after the order been placed . They have told me that they are unable to change the size or cancel the order !!! Now I have to wait for the wrong size to be delivered and then pay 15 euros to return them, the order has not even been processed.

No refund link….no response from Printemps
Ellis: I made an order from Printemps order no: 3507858 but the jacket is too small. There is no refund link in the dispatch email as stated that there should be. I have sent 2 emails to customer service but have not had any response. This is incredibly frustrating and bad customer service. Please send the refund link before the refund period expires.

Wortheless company, who is ignoring me since 5 december. I have sent multiple e-mails but they keep ignoring me. They have shipped me a package which is gone. And they are doing an ''investigation'' for 15 days. after those 15 days they say i need 15 days more for investigation, after that I never heard of them anynomre. SCAMMERS.

I think I received fake MFK perfumes lol.
The customer service hasn't even gotten back to me but yea very disappointed and wish to return the perfumes, as if not fake they are bad batches with messy packaging and bottles.... ( which I believe it's impossible for such niche perfumes, so yeah they are fakes...)

Sends damaged products to customers - beware
Purchased a Vivienne Westwood bolo tie which came back in stock, and was sent a piece with scratches and the magnet missing which renders the whole piece unusable.
Clearly no quality control for them to send a used product out.

credit where credits due
ive had to leave a review as this place has such a bad review rating. at first i was dubious about ordering from printemps due to all the bad reviews on here, but they accept paypal who will refund straight away if there is any issues so i thought why not. well i want to say that i had no issues at all and my item arrived a day earlier than the estimated date. your order is trackable, youll recieve an email of printemps pretty quickly saying that ur order has been dispatched, there will be a 2nd email a day after with ur tracking information where you will be able to see ur order step by step of the way. they use amazon who are rapid at delivery as soon as it hits the UK and the bonus of that is that amazon will deliver on a sunday. it took exactly 1 week from pressing buy to arrive which is understandable as im in the UK. great service. i hope this helps some one out there who really wants that item and unsure wether to order or not. you totally should.

Absolutely awful customer service a total disgrace! Right from the CEO Jean-Marc Bellaiche to the customer service team. I bought a pair of Etro mule in February and wore it 4 times maximum and the leather started tearing on both of the pairs. Shocked that the reputable Etro brand had quality issues. I emailed printemps and they would not refund rather offered £30 voucher to be used with 6 months - this is an insult. I wrote back to customers services and still they refused to offer a full refund. I wrote to the CEO and head of networks Sophie Boquet, and no response. Please do listen to your regular customers and focus on customer service and quality control. I am very disappointed with Printemps.

Subject: Terrible Experience Avoid at All Costs
I am writing to share my horrendous experience with this Company and to warn others to steer clear of this unprofessional and unreliable company. My recent interaction with their customer service advisor has left me feeling frustrated and utterly disappointed.
I made a purchase of £220 from this Company and to my dismay, I never received my package. After numerous emails back and forth, they informed me that they would open an investigation which could take up to 15 working days. However, the very next day, I was shocked to receive a message stating that the investigation had been closed and they were unable to assist me any further. They suggested that I contact the postal company they had appointed for delivery.
To add insult to injury, the postal company provided me with an email containing a photo of a random door, claiming that they had delivered the package there. No signature was obtained, and I have no idea where this supposed delivery took place. It is evident that both the Company and the postal company they chose to work with have failed to provide any semblance of reliable service or accountability.
I am utterly disillusioned by this entire experience and vow never to patronize this Company again. I urge anyone considering doing business with them to think twice, as their lack of responsibility and care towards customers is appalling. Dealing with this company in the event of any issue with your delivery is a nightmare in itself, as their unhelpful and dismissive attitude only adds to the frustration.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against engaging with Company for any purchases, as my ordeal serves as a cautionary tale of their incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction.

Terrible costumer service
A while back, I have ordered a quite expensive bracelet from a certain brand on their website. It broke and I contacted them. Even though the warranty expired they agreed on taking back the bracelet and refund me, which was a nice gesture from them. First they confirmed I would receive a refund on my mode of payment. Then I got the information that I received a voucher instead of a refund. They then told me they could not refund the money, because they can’t.
I then decided to buy the same bracelet again, as I thought the previous bracelet could’ve been a production fault. And I had that voucher that I needed to spend. But the new bracelet broke as well, after less than a month. I told them I wanted a refund because I’m no longer interested in buying that same bracelet. Now they tell me again they cannot refund that voucher. So it basically means that I’m forced to spend the money on their website for something I don’t even need, and was not even my fault…! I’ll never buy something from this company again!

I ordered 3 items online
I ordered 3 items online. Only one was the correct item and delivered on time. Two others took 2 weeks to get the refund. It’s impossible to reach them over the phone and 5 mails were simply not answered. This is just a ridiculous company with NO customer service.

Why is it so difficult to arrange a return Printemps?
Like other customers have commented on, trying to arrange a return of an order is very difficult. I completed the online returns form more than 3 days ago and am still awaiting for a return shipping label to be sent to me. It says on the Printemps website that, after completing the online return request, “the shipping label and customs forms will be emailed to you by our partner Glopal within the few next hours”. More than 72 hours later and counting I’m still waiting to receive the return label and customer services are very poor and slow to respond to queries.
I had been happy enough with the shopping experience and delivery but why is it so difficult to arrange returns?

Wow, now you’ve taken to lying about my order. On 14 July I was notified that my order had been dispatched, and on 17 July I got an email saying how sorry you are that my order has not been processed yet. On 19 July you’re writing on trust pilot that my order has been delivered. Let’s be clear, it has not. There has been no notifications via email or text of the tracking number. Who delivered it? Where was it delivered?! Where’s the proof of delivery?!

For goodness sake Printemps! My order was placed a whole week ago! Order number 7521929. It was estimated to arrive last Thursday latest. And there has not been a single communication to say that it is being processed or what the progress is. No response via email either. Awful customer service. Non-existent in fact.

Wow experience!!!
To tell the truth I was afraid ordering on that website after all bad reviews I've read. But decided to risk, the prices were really too good to be true. Today I received my order (less than 1 week)☺️ well packed and with taxes almost paid, because the website is French and I've ordered from England.
Highly recommend!!!
