I have nothing but praise for PrivateFly and the team. Excellence comes with a cost but it is totally worth it. The lines of communication were open and timely, last minute changes were accommodated with efficiency and the whole process was easy from start to finish.

I have been using Private Fly for several years and have always been extremely satisfied with the service. Its representatives are attentive, detailed, and are always eager to assist, even in complex, last-minute situations. They have, in fact, not only helped me with flights that were arranged well in advance, but also with tough, last-minute requests. During my most recent flight, one of the airport representatives even mentioned how surprised he was by the special care and attention to details of Private Fly’s representatives. He told me that they had rung him several times to make sure that all was in order with my flight (I had changed my plans so they had also needed to re-schedule it). I shall certainly continue to be a Private Fly customer, and recommend it, without hesitation, to friends and acquaintances.

I would just like to say the boys and girls at PrivateFly and the crew on the Jet did an amazing job flying my family and I near to the Arctic circle to see the Northern Lights two weeks ago. The care and attention they took was outstanding, really great service, we remain very grateful to them as this was a very special and memorable trip.

Amazing customer responsiveness. I enquired at 6 p.m. for a flight the next day and it was organised within 30 minutes. Seamless journey including onward transfers. 5 star service.

This was a good experience. I found the guys very responsive, particularly as we were toying around with different dates etc. You’re looking for a quick response, and we got it. Details were clear and precise, and you had the feeling the process was being well managed. I’d recommend it.

We have contracted PrivateFly a number of times over the summer. Their customer service and product is outstanding. We will definitely be using their service again!

We wanted to get away for a family holiday but because of fears over Covid we were reluctant to use a commercial flight and so decided to try a private aircraft for the first time.
The service we had was excellent - totally professional. Gianluca sourced the perfect aircraft for our party of 9 and the admin was simple and straightforward. Someone was always available to answer any queries promptly and he quickly arranged an alternative destination when we had to change our plans because of government restrictions on travel.
The aircraft and crew were excellent on both legs of the journey and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.
We will definitely use PrivateFly again in the future and would not hesitate to highly recommend their service.
