Great flight on Phenom 300
PrivateFly team performed well under pressure - last minute technical issue with assigned plane entailed a minimal delay. Aircraft was replaced by an identical one with an excellent crew - very reliable service. Passengers had perfect experience.

Sorry for the later reply. The flight was fine and smooth especially for our sick boy. The crew were very kind and polite They were very understanding given our situation. Ollie was excellent right from the start. I thought that was very kind of Ollie to come and meet us at the airport to see that everything runs smooth. The service was second to none.The crew helped us through out the journey and informed us of what was happening. We couldn't hold clapping our hands for them when we touched mallaga.we are happy to recommend you to friends and family and to use you again. Please pass our gratitude to Ollie and the crew.

Fabulous service in every respect. The handling at both Lydd and Seville were smooth and simple. The planes were comfortable, crew very efficient and personable and on board catering was great. The handling of the hire car in Seville airport was the icing on the cake. Fabulous. The only way to travel !

We took our first private jet last week…
We took our first private jet last week with PrivateFly because of the Covid situation. This might have been the best thing to come out of this situation. What a game changer it was traveling with them. The plane was very nice and the pilots had great attitudes. Lauren arranged everything for us and was on top of it every step of the way.
