Thank you for organizing this amazing flight from Montevideo to London for our families. I know it was challenging these days with all furloughs, closures, new rules and regulations. Moreover, the team have been able to upgrade the plane to the wonderful Gulfstream 650, which was able to bring as faster, higher and non-stop to the destination. We had a fantastic crew and our flight attendant have done a really great job hosting adults and 5 small children on board. We also had fantastic food and wine on board, both for children and adults.
That was an unforgettable experience - thank you.

We recently used PrivateFly to travel from Biggin Hill to Faro to spend some time at our home in Portugal and travelled with our 3 small dogs. From arrival at Biggin Hill to landing at Faro our journey was made straightforward, enjoyable and comfortable. We would not hesitate to use PrivateFly again!

I want to express my sincere thanks to Ben, Apolina and the whole team on behalf of myself and my friends. Ben is very patient and kind of arranging everything for us and answering questions.

Due to some force majeure factors, our flight was delayed, but Apolina helped us solve the problem in a short time. The rest of the other processes were very smooth and the transfer was smooth as well. We did not feel the time constraints when transferring.

We tried PrivateFly for the first time yesterday to fly from London Farnborough to Perugia. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. I personally want to thank Gianluca Cioffi as he helped me from the very beginning to his follow up just a few hours after we landed yesterday afternoon. I had several questions about our flight into italy especially with COVID-19 and the process and procedures of different countries/airports. Gianluca was always available and went out of his way to help me. He also gave me various aircraft choices and helped me tailor something that was suitable for us. The pre-flight briefings that private fly gave to us were very helpful and let us feel reassured that everything was on schedule and that they were there for us if we had any questions. The flight was great. The airplane was perfect. The pilots were very friendly and professional. The service we received at Farnborough Airport and Perugia Airport were exceptional. We shall definitely be using PrivateFly again for our travel needs. Grazie mille Gianluca!
