Shipping and fees
Product was shipped from the UK to Canada and I paid £10 for shipping. Unfortunately I had to pay another fee when I collected it form the post office of $15 cad. So this part was very disappointing. Also Pro Hormones did forget about my order and I had to followup with them. They did apologize for this. Delivery from the UK to Canada took 10 days, so something to bear in mind.

Also apologies for the fees you had to pay at the post office, this is something that will always be included whenever you order internationally, taxes are always included upon delivery / collection. A 10 day turn around to Canada is roughly a little longer than expected, we usually do expect a 5-7 day turn around but this can all be dependant on customs procedures. Don't waste your money
Received 3 tubs of turkesterone.
2 were all dented up and 1 wasn't even sealed.
A replacement was sent.
In my opinion this is a complete waste of money, been taking for over a month and had no results whatsoever. Don't waste your money like I have

I have bought German Pharmacy Tudca from Pro Hormones before but since my last purchase they have changed. They are now coated with something disgusting and strongly chemical. It stinks. If you get it on your fingers it contaminates everything you touch. I’ve been carefully decanting the contents into fresh capsules but it’s a hassle. Huge disappointment

Amazing Customer Service and the Product is Amaxing
They had a bit of a delay, not Prohormones but amazon delivery, so i wrote to them and Brendan from customer service reply within the day and keep me posted till delivery.
Plus the Product is amazing.
So this was my fist order but not the last.

Hi Peter, upon checking into your tracking.. It was last scanned leaving the UK almost 10 days ago, this will now likely be inside customs in Germany awaiting customs clearance. The next scan on the tracking will indicate that your parcel has left customs in Germany and will be on its way to the delivery office. I will keep an eye on your tracking over the coming week to see how it progresses, If I see anything change I will immediately update you. I would like to apologise that this is taking longer than usual, I know you placed your order over two weeks ago now and in normal circumstances, we usually ship to Germany much faster than this. Sometimes customs procedures can be unpredictable and delays are expected in some cases. I hope you can accept my sincere apologies.
