We have listened to our customers feedback and have taken the decision to change our courier, we will no longer be shipping via Amazon Shipping as this week progresses due to too many complications. I placed and order on the 21/2/23 and by 3/3/23 I emailed the company to say I haven’t received my order, I was gotten back to straight away, sadly I still haven’t received anything on 13/3/23

After writing this review, and finishing work this afternoon I came back home to find my package had been delivered!
Prohormones have been a pleasure to deal with in regards to their communication with myself and chasing Evri for my package.
I have ordered from them previously and never had an issue before so this delay has been solely down to Evri themselves and NOT Prohormones.
Despite this delay from Evri, I would, and still will be more than happy to order from Prohormones again, their customer service communication is second to none. A pleasure to deal with the company, it’s just a shame Evri had let them down on this occasion.

The last update from the courier came recently when it was scanned on the 08/03/2023 to say the parcel was at the delivery depot and the next notification should be to say it is on is way. There has not been an update since the 08/03 and therefore I have raised a priority ticket with the courier to escalate your parcel. I have sent confirmation of this into your inbox with the courier's reference number. As soon as they respond back to our queries, we will immediately be in touch on our email thread to provide an update on when you can expect this parcel to be delivered. Order lost in transit!
Placed an order with these guys and the order was shipped pretty fast. Unfortunately the original courier lost my shipment. I called ProHormones up and spoke to a nice lad who was polite and helpful, I didn't manage to get his name unfortunately.
I then got an email from a chap called Brendan, stating if I didn't receive my order by end of that day to let him know and they'd reship it. The item didn't arrive so I informed Brendan at about 1am after I finished work.
By 09:30 am I had a response from Brendan and also a tracking notification for the new order which was then shipped first thing in the morning. They used a different courier to ensure it would not be lost again, which I thought was a nice touch.
I will 100% use these again, based solely on there customer service. Other companies could learn from these. They were Polite, fast and understanding. Can't fault them at all!

After one failed delivery attempt, it is now DPD's policy to deliver your parcel to your nearest DPD pick up point, it will stay there for 7-10 days awaiting collection until it is finally returned back to us. I can see that the courier had your parcel out for delivery yesterday morning but unfortunately did not deliver it. Very helpful staff, I email and get a response very quickly plus they are very knowledgeable and helpful towards your needs and help you buy the correct supplements for your personal goals.
