Slight mess up, but Proav sorted it.
I ordered E-Image BA12 Aluminium Telescope Boom and E-Image BK02 XLR Power unit. Great price and I got next day delivery.
Everything was going great, good communication, messages with delivery information (time etc). But when the time came I got a message from DPD that my delivery was being left at a pick up point.
Anyway .... Long story short, when ordering there was a bug on the website, which would auto fill when I typed my address house number and road. The auto fill removed my house number but leave the road name.
This is why my parcel got delivered to the local pick up point and not me.
I spoken to Lauren T at proav, and she got everything sorted and refund my delivery cost. Everything turn out fine.
So thank you Lauren and Proav! I am happy customer! 10/10

A big shoutout to Nick and the team at Pro AV! I may be a year late writing this review, but the experience was unforgettable and still worth sharing. Nick’s customer service was outstanding – he was always available via email to provide updates on my order and gave expert advice on selecting the best packages for my filming needs.
Spending north of £6k on equipment is a big deal, and Pro AV made the process seamless. I truly appreciated being kept in the loop at every stage of the order. It gave me complete confidence in my purchase.
