Helpful nature of the staff
Iv ordered the wrong adapter and the next day they changed the order to the right one without any issues , Even tho iv had to wait 2-3 weeks it was disclosed to me beforehand , and iv agreed to it . Iv got regular updates on the progress of the shipment . Iv asked if it arrives by the time I need to shoot with it and they ensured that it will. It did arrive. Can’t say anything bad about my experience.

None in stock when order placed
When I ordered the item there was none in stock. I was notified to this effect and had the offer to cancel my order and get a refund or wait for an expected delivery. I chose to wait as other sites I had looked at all had no stock. I was kept informed regularly of updates to the situation. On February 27th I received my order having placed it on February 11th. Considering that I live in Shetland that is not an undue time to wait.

Great value
Great value and speedy service. The website is well laid out making it easy to find what I wanted, with all my questions answered. I was able to compare other systems before making my choice. Once made the delivery was so fast I am able to start using the mic system straight away.
