Lens order

After a lens I ordered went missing with the delivery service, PROAV responded within a few working days by investigating the incident with the courier. I never received the lens in the end but I was given a swift refund. I'm happy with the customer service from PROAV.

My Go-To Supplier

I’ve been buying all my camera, film and lighting equipment from these guys for years, and they’ve consistently been outstanding. The team are genuinely brilliant — super knowledgeable, friendly, and always happy to help. I’ve also attended a couple of their workshops in the past, which were excellent.

Most recently, I pre-ordered the new Canon C50 through them. Communication throughout the entire pre-order process was spot on, and I actually received my C50 before the expected delivery date, which was a brilliant surprise.

Every order I’ve placed has arrived next-day when items are in stock, always on time, and with zero issues. Their reliability and customer service are honestly unmatched.

I gave it a perfect score

I gave it a perfect score, but there is one thing that could be improved. After I paid, I received absolutely no notification from this company about when the item would be shipped. This was extremely inconvenient, as the start of filming was fast approaching.
