Before doing the purchase order, I wrote to customer service for some info and they answered very quickly and in clear manner, so great customer service.
I ordered some accessories for my road bike and the parts I received were in perfect condition and exactly how described on web site.
Fast shipment and perfect packaging, without damage of the inner items.
