Lots of choice and assistance from staff with a saucepan, however sold a knife previously, after time spent with very helpful assistant proved not great for a left- hander!

Brought a knife block when I went out for the day at the o2 thought the knives were part of the set but they weren’t went into our local store the next day lady was great very helpful and helped us to exchange for what we wanted the service was just what it should be we ended up buying 3 more things great service thank you

Great products and service, had just what I was looking for. I was given helpful advice by the assistant without feeling like I was being pushed to buy more than I actually wanted. We went in to buy a set of knives
We went in to buy a set of knives, having been married 46 years, this is the 1st time we've brought knives since we got a set as a wedding present, so this was a big deal to us. We saw some We liked but had some questions which a member of staff answered plainly and clearly, we were served with ease and curtesy. It also helped that they took "blue light" so we got some discount as well. I've since used my knives and I'm 💯 happy with them.

Long, two slot toaster.
I purchased the long, wide slot toaster. Without a doubt it is the best toaster I have ever bought. Perfect toast every time, and looks great in my kitchen.
The member of staff who served me told me that she had the same toaster, and how good it was, so I bought with confidence.
