The lady that served me was lovely, very patient and kind whilst I chose between 3 different knives.She was knowledgeable and had excellent customer service skills. The knife is precise and sharp so I am very pleased with my purchase.

The young gentleman who served us was extremely helpful and patient as we checked the goods at the counter in the boxes. Decent offers and excellent quality of our dinner set.

we had a helpful staff member in the procook shop who provided insightful guidance, suggestions, and did not oversell.

Excellent price for stainless steel steak knives and the staff were very helpful

There were no staff on the till. I waited with my items for a couple of minutes and nobody came. In the end I had to go and ask a member of staff to come to the till so I could pay for my items.

Good quality products at reasonable prices. Good design with the saucepan having a built in strainer facility. Member of staff came to offer help with no pressure applied and offered personal experience which helped in the decision making about a chopping board, All round positive experience.

Convenience of finding things in the shop. good choice of wares and quick checkout

Bad customer service.
Recently went in to store to purchase all kitchenware for my first home. The lady serving us was rude to my mum when we were asking questions (the lady was only serving us as a family at the time & there were about 4 other people in the store), telling us she was extremely busy, kept rushing us to make decisions and kept losing things in the back. We had to wait whilst she checked the bags 3 times as she had "misplaced something". Kept raising her voice at my dad and partner when they were offering to help lift heavy bags off the floor or counters. We would have spent more money in the store but felt like we were being pushed out... She then had to make a separate transaction when her helpful colleague eventually found the item in the stockroom. Will not be stepping foot in this store if i see she is on shift unfortunately. Please provide more customer service training to some colleagues, I wish we had given the sale to the younger lady.
